My only problem was the TV is quite old and I wasn't even able to get Tsn on the TV or the apps.

The pool and hot tub was a great time for the kids. Having laundry facilities was very nice to have. The location was close to restaurants, Banff and many tourist locations.

Our first impression when we walked in was good, until we looked down and saw the dirty rug at the door, the stairs going up looked like they had not been vacuumed, the handrail was very sticky and the rugs upstairs in the bedrooms looked like they were not vacuumed as well, we even found socks in one of they bedrooms. Both exhaust vents in the bathrooms were full of dust, the fresh air vent for the furnace was covered in dust.. They said there was a barbeque outside, what they failed to tell you that it was a communal barbeque for everyone to use. Some people took the whole area over, we were very disappointed in that. The hide-a-bed sofa was horrible, when we opened it up it was full of crumbs and dirt, the mattress was so worn out, that when you laid on it all you could feel was the springs I wouldn't even let my Grandkids sleep on it, luckily we brought a blow up mattress with us. We had problems with the freezer in the fridge not working and we had to keep unplugging it and re-plugging it in to get it working again, we did phone and they were going to send a tech to check it out but decided to have them do it after we had checked out. Over all we would stay there again as it was a nice and clean complex.
