Wonderful place! We stayed two nights in the traditional house. It has everything what you need. The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. They put an island guide in our language, this was so nice. The garden was so cute and scenery. Thanks a lot.

It is ok for us, but you should rent a car to reach there

Nestor and his family have created a beautiful oasis just a few steps from the Aegean in the little village of Agios Konstantinos. Citrus trees provide shade in the garden, tables and chairs are set up so guests can enjoy the views, and the little apartment we had was perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like.

New, modern and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood (it's one of several apartments in a bigger building, so the advertised "One-Bedroom House" may be a little bit misleading). You could see and hear the sea from the balcony. Comfortable beds, fast and reliable wifi. Basic kitchen, but sufficient to cook your meals.

The accommodation was really nice, it was even closer to the sea than I expected, there was a nice garden with a lot of trees and a hammock, the host was kind enough to even walk with us to the bus station to be sure, that we will find it.

Very kind and welcoming hosts, make you feel at home, give you tips on places to visit, where to eat, etc. The surroundings are quiet, recommended for those who want to stay away from the fussy touristy spots. Samos is a big island and a car is needed anyway, but nearby there are beautiful beaches, mountain villages, and excellent restaurants, one of those right in front of the guesthouse. The facility is on a corner by the coast, the apartment is well ventilated and sunny. You can sleep with the sound of the sea and enjoy your balcony over the shore. Basic kitchen tools are available and there is plenty of storage space. The water pressure is very good and there is a shower cabin. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. They are also pet friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio room was spacious, clean and had everything you need to feel comfortable. The location was good as well.

I liked that it was close to the sea. I could see and hear the sea. There was a beach, with free chairs and a restaurant, that was only a two minute walk from my room. I liked that the room was cleaned every couple of days, including fresh sheets and towels. I also liked that there was off street parking.

I would have liked a trash can in the kitchen. A toaster would be nice too.
