Great location

Very poor WiFi and not any 4G at the location

Location was good for Avoriaz

The buses were not that frequent a 10 min walk to lifts

Lovely apartment, perfect for four adults. Very clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds including the larger than normal sofa bed. Great ski and car storage. Two sets of keys and nice little welcome cleaning pack.

Not enough towels or bedding - this was rectified but not for three days. Wi-Fi was not working on arrival which took two days to correct. The TVs were great but even though they were SMART TVs were not connected to Wi-Fi so couldn’t use features such as Netflix etc.

Well located, short walk to Prodain lift . Well appointed rooms and clean.

There isn’t a hairdryer.

Location great. Property was new and clean. Quiet area away from the crowds but within 300 metres of prodains express lift.

Terressens not the best to reply, we asked a couple of questions with no reply. Property was newly built but quality was not good, I would complain if I had purchased it.

Very clean and recently renovated. Lovely balcony with nice view.

We were not informed in advance that there was an extra fee for our dog and this charge was not mentioned in the receipt. It would also be nice to provide some basic amenities in the kitchen, like salt&pepper.

It was clean and beds were comfy though visiting in summer we nicknamed our bedroom the hotbox !

So this property fell short of expectations in a few ways: The accommodation is not well set out so the apartment for 6 felt small with just 4 of us, though the corridors felt unnecessarily spacious! The parking is an under ground carpark. Anything larger than a small car is tricky and tedious to park every day. We had an emergency the first night as the key lock jammed. I called the emergency number - they eventually got back to me the next day - but in the meantime a man with a bunch of tools managed to unjam the key lock so we could get in When we remarked that we couldn't get into the under ground car park as our space was at the end and it was impossible to swing into it - the staff omitted to mention that there was a free car park 50m up the road that we could use. There is no boulangerie or other facilities in the village.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with bedrooms in the cool of downstairs (we stayed summer 2022) and living space balcony upstairs. Les Prodains is a beautiful quiet village (with exception of the distant cow bells!) a few km from Morzine. A cable car runs from here up to Avoriaz which sits atop the surrounding mountains. A free bus takes you to Morzine during the day (till 6pm) from right next to the apartment. Unfortunately in late June/early July the local restaurants and cafes in Les Prodains were not yet open so we had to drive to Morzine if we wanted to eat out in the evening.

Desperately requires a bigger table on the balcony!

Apartment was way bigger than I imagined. It was modern, clean and tastefully decorated.

Property was marked wrong on Google maps and it took our taxi driver a while to find it. Food logistics is a bit challenging (finish skiing early to do shopping in Morzine or ski down from Avoriaz with shopping). Waste management and recycling instructions were unclear.

unfinished building work, step access dangerous . Parking issues, spots taken, causing other residents to be angry. Location on arrival difficult to find. Bathrooms warm but rest of apartment very cold. double mattress too large sliding off the bed, hence disruptive to sleep. couldn’t find nearby trash point. far from the pleney beginners lift.

Location was great for us, bus stop with free bus service just outside and ran regularly into Morzine or up to the Pleny for Avoriaz. The accommodation was beautiful and we were able to ski right down at the end of the day. Loved the decor and the host was really responsive.

We had a slight issue with the drain in kitchen sink but as sorted immediately. We could not access any of the TV channels of an evening when we wanted to relax. Would of liked some basic Tea, Coffee and Milk on arrival and some family games perhaps.

The property was in an ideal location, close to the gondola to Avoriaz and very close to the bus stop that took you to Morzine. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with storage available for skis.

Additional essential provisions could have been provided upon arrival.
