Loved the location, the view and the living space - inside and out. The kitchen was roomy and having the bar area was a nice addition. The living room couch was a great size and super comfortable. It was great having a pool - it got a lot of use! Having the dock wrap around 2 sides just added more space. The awning to cover the outdoor table area was nice. Saw a manatee family off the dock as well as an eel and lots of fish - tarpon, snapper and others and enjoyed a number of Iguanas across the way. The view to the mangroves and into the bay area made it very private and access to kayaks and bikes were a plus.

The primary bed was really soft but that could be a personal preference.

The location was great, seemed to be in the middle of all the sites we where going to. Got to come back to the house in between activities which saved us on breakfast and lunches. We all loved the dock for the fishing.

1st day we arrived there was German roaches in the kitchen, bought roach traps which took care of the problem. Also for 10 guest there was not enough toilet paper, garbage bags had to buy more. For the price and number of guest booked should have had plenty at the home.
