Cleanliness and good housekeeping staff.
They don't provide an invoice and when you ask for an invoice they say it will be delivered by email (by booking.com) but no email will be sent with the invoice. This is the 3rd time that has happened. I travel for work and i cant show this expense in office. This is the only thing i didnt like about this hotel.

Room was neat and bath rooms are clean.
There was no drinking water in the room. Neither provided mineral water until asked. Also for the same price in another hotel, while my stay during another period, provided a kettle to heat water and make coffee or tea which was missing in this hotel.
Reception does not lift the phone.
