Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterwegs ging unser Auto kaputt, direkt nach unserer Ankunft haben sie uns noch am gleichen Tag eine Werkstatt in der Nähe geklärt. Sie haben sich immer mit einem unterhalten und Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Frühstück war super, alles dabei was man braucht. Hatten ein kleines aber feines Zimmer mit direkten Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein, inklusive kleinem Balkon. Aufgrund der guten Lage, kann man sehr viel in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Ein Mülleimer im Zimmer wäre sehr praktisch gewesen.

Great hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just 1km to the castles (I even went back from them walking once). The breakfast was great and the rooms were big and comfy. The parking was also great, the same level as the rooms.

The carpet was old and stained, which is a serious thing. The building is a also bit old, the staff didn't speak English, and the shower enclosure was really small. Besides that, everything was great.

Excellent breakfast and modern room/bathroom. The location was closest to the castles and in between Schwangau and Fussen with a bus stop to both towns very close to the hotel. Across the street was a walking/cycling path to the castles.

Beautiful small hotel in a very cozy place overlooking the forest and the castle. Delicious food, friendly staff, what else do you need for a two day trip?

The hotel manager was nice, he made sure I knew all the times for breakfast and dinner. The hotel room was clean, and my room had a balcony that had a wonderful view of the mountains. They have a parking lot as well if you drive in. Everything in town is about a 10 minute journey in every direction whether it’s downtown to restaurants, to the castles, or the lakes. Overall I thought of it more as a bed and breakfast, vibe wise, a really peaceful place in the mountains.

The mattresses were a little stiff and the pillows needed some layering but overall not bad at all.
