Отличный отель, выбрали его по рекомендации друга. Больше всего понравилось что отель находится немного в глубине от оживленной улицы, и к отелю ведет красивый зеленый "тоннель". Охряняемая территория, один подъезд, а значит никакие лишние люди туда не будут соваться. Благодаря этому было комфортно и спокойно жить на 1-м этаже. Лично для нас это был важный фактор. Рядом с отелем есть пара хороших ресторанов (например Ливингстон), где очень хорошие завтраки. В отеле еду не пробовали. Номер очень просторный - это несомненно плюс. Персонал вежливый.

Небольшой минус - состояние душевой кабины. Плоховато работает слив. Полотенца либо староватые, либо стираются не очень качественно. Хотелось бы этот момент поправить. Рядом с отелем идет стройка, но дискомфорта это не доставляет, мы в дневное время всегда где-то ездили или гуляли, поэтому шум не мешал.

Great location, tucked away down a long driveway from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak with lots of great cafes and dinner spots within walking distance.

The bathroom smelt weird and there was no smoking in the whole hotel. Have to walk down the end of the driveway and sit awkwardly by the gate.

Location of the property was very central and easy to get about. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and met our needs. We had one issue with the power in our room however the staff fixed it within 10 minutes of us calling.

The breakfast portion was on the smaller side, although did taste good.

A wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom family suite - very roomy, with balcony views where we could see the sun rise in the morning over the pool. Lovely breakfast options and great location.

Issues with shower and toilet pressure, the staff rectified quickly.

Rooms were spacious. Clean, well functioning bathroom. Lovely pool area, clean pool. Staff are super nice, even made the effort to learn your name. Top security. Hotel a short walk from the main road and well worth it as there is no traffic noise.

Beds hard

The security within this hotel was incredible - my friend and I were walked to our room each evening after dark and the staff always made sure we were happy and safe! We were greeted every entrance we made back to the hotel and asked how our day was and if we needed anything, as well as accommodated for EVERYTHING we asked for over the room telephone (toothbrush, umbrella, for our GoJek eats to be delivered to our door and more!). The room was cleaned every morning at whatever time suited our schedule, and the pool area was beyond clean and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better as well, right near a reliable money exchange (across the road), little mart for snacks and drinks, many delicious and cheap food places within walking distance and massage places. I could not speak more highly of the staff here at Bali Karma Sajtra Hotel! If I could rate above 10/10 I would! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

The pool and general hotel area was nice.

The pictures unfortunately do not represent the current status of the hotel. Might be that it once was like that but this seems to be ages ago. Especially the bathroom was dirty and simply worn out. The fitting are covered in unremovable dirt an have to be replaced (see pictures). Oh yea and the breakfast isn't worth the money. Juice from concentrates, instant coffee and a bit of toast isn't what I was looking for.

very nice place to stay. hotel is quiet with large clean swimming pool. we got a huge room on the 3d floor. it was extremely bright and had 3 large windows and balcony with sliding doors. service was at a high level. every morning we went for breakfast at 8am and every single time our room was cleaned before we come back. you can rent a scooter right in the hotel and it was chipper for us the previous rent. 3 groceries (pepito and festive) and tons of cafes are near the hotel.

Staff were so friendly. Let us check in early as we arrived early. Good Breakfast. Had a few meals here also which were great and affordable. Hotel room is very spacious. Very clean. Location of hotel excellent as very quiet down a laneway away from Main Street which is very busy. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a good location in Seminyak. Rooms are really spacious. Staff super helpful and quickly attended to any of our concerns. They were so welcoming and friendly.

The facilities were well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so nice. It was so convenient and walking distance to so many stores and food places, but also had a secluded feel being down a long drive. It was super quiet and cosy despite being on a main road and most of the time my bestfriend and i had the pool to ourselves. Haha. Our room was big, it was 2 x singles but the couch was so big it could definitely fit 1 extra person. There was so much space to move around. We absolutely loved Rini (receptionist) who we spoke to on our last night and Gusari (receptionist) who was so helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel itself and the hotel staff was incredible, we felt really good and there is nothing negative we could say. We wish we could stay longer because we felt there like at home :) Thank you very much for everything!

The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. We loved the included breakfast and the great pool. Would recommend this hotel.

Long narrow walk to the main road

It was nice and peaceful away from the busy roads. Breakfast was ok

Rooms had a bit of smoke smell. The road in was pretty long. Some bikes at the mouth and tail of the entrance would be helpful.

Great location and a beautiful driveway away from the Main Street - the noise just melts away! Beds were very comfortable, pool was beautiful! Staff were lovely and friendly. Well worth the price we paid!

We only stayed here one night, between 2 longer stays in villas. It was perfect fit what we needed!

The staff were very accommodating and very attentive. The location of the hotel is secluded from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and is close to many facilities and shops. I would highly recommend this place. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and had a great couch to chill on as well.

I had a tiny issue with the shower flooding, but I thought nothing of it. The staff ended up fixing it without me even addressing it the next day by opening up the drainage hole.

Good location, in the heart of Seminyak and a 10 minute scooter ride from Canggu Beach. Clean rooms, affordable price. Good wifi connection.

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was spacious and the pool was big. Everything else was mediocre at best. The rooms are pretty dark, dingy, outdated, not very clean and a bit creepy looking. There are rust and other stains all over the faucets, finishings and trash cans. The toiletries are really awful quality, I ended up washing my hair with just water rather than using their shampoo. The mattress is very lumpy and uncomfortable. There isn't much privacy for the ground floor rooms. Even without the negative experience I mentioned below, I would not have wanted to return here. I'm honestly shocked at how positive all the other reviews are (and I had booked this hotel based on those positive reviews). You can get MUCH nicer hotel rooms in Seminyak at the same (or lower) rates.

On the way to the airport after check-out, I realised that I had left my cell phone under my pillow. I called the hotel to say I was coming back to get it but they said the phone wasn't in the room. I was 100% certain that someone had stolen it but the hotel kept denying responsibility. The next day, someone messaged me on my work phone (I had sent a text to my lost phone using my work phone) saying that their brother had found the phone and would return it to me only if I paid a "generous reward". I had to get my friend to pay the "reward" and pay for the phone to be shipped internationally to me. The total cost was very expensive. Upon receiving the phone, my friend realised that the thief had completely deleted everything on my phone, including 5-6 years of personal photos which I hadn't backed up (which I should have done). I contacted many data recovery companies but they all said that the photos were permanently deleted. After the hotel investigated, it turned out that the thief was a hotel trainee who had cleaned my room that day. I asked whether the hotel could bear some of the costs I had incurred from the theft, or at least provide some amount of refund. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and unsympathetic and blamed me (while shouting angrily). He said that it was my own fault for leaving the phone even though I called the hotel 30 minutes after I had left, but the hotel told me not to return because they didn't have the phone. He said that the trainee who stole my phone wasn't a permanent employee - I said that fact didn't matter to guests and that his own staff had a duty to supervise any trainees. He said I was fully to blame and that it wasn't his or the hotel's fault at all. He offered me a 2-3 night stay instead of a refund and I said we could discuss. But he and the hotel then proceeded to ignore all my calls and messages for the next 3 months, so we never spoke again.

Location is close to some restaurants and cafes. Livingstone was an amazing cafe that offers a variety of foods. Hotel was a 15min drive to Seminyak square. Staff were friendly.

You get what you pay for. The room and furnishing is a little outdated. Breakfast was ok. Shampoo and shower gel need updating. There were construction workers at the opposite property that blocked our view which made it hard to have the curtains open.

The rooms are massive, so is the pool! The staff are really great, friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back here.

The bed was not that comfortable or practical, theres like a frame around the bed that I hit every time I climbed in and out. The bathroom was a bit dark and eiry, I tried to avoid using it as much as I could. You’re only given one card to get into your room, which is used to turn the power on in the room, so when you left for the day you would have to take the card with you and then you would return to a warm room as the AC couldn’t be left on while you’re out, so you go from hot outside to hot inside. Also my tv didn’t work in my room, no signal and every channel was fuzzy, so I didn’t use that either. These were not deal breakers for me as I only stayed 2 nights, maybe if you stayed longer they would be. All easy fixes though! The hotel is really nice otherwise 😊
