A única coisa positiva é a localização na cidade.
Não se trata de um flat, e sim uma garagem coberta com portão em chapa de aço totalmente fechado, nem circulação/entrada de ar possui. Sensação de sufocamento depois que fecha o portão. Presença de mofo, péssimo. Não conseguimos ficar nem 30 min mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado. Saímos e nem pedimos o dinheiro de volta. Decepção total.
