The location was perfect! On the edge of town so it was quiet and closer to the more secluded beaches. The room was clean and modern with a/c, which was nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Florence again.

Maybe a TV in the room would be nice.

Great location, air conditioning, and pool and deck!

The decorations inside we a bit sparse, it could have more furniture, a bigger bed, and be cozier/ more aesthetic. The wifi was also ver spotty.

The rooftop patio was great and we always had it to ourselves. The pool is refreshing and I liked the lounge chairs. The rooms were super clean. Tony, the building manager was extremely responsive to our requests.

The mattresses were rock hard. I have never slept on such a firm mattress. I would have liked more pillows (to help compensate for the mattress)

Excellent location, 10min walk to the center of town and beach but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise. Yah yah cafe had a great breakfast. Wonderful balcony. Apartment was spacious. Staff were cleaning outside areas every day. Tony was EXCELLENT, he was able to answer every question we had (best place for Covid test, best place to get good tequila, best price for taxi back to airport), resolved issue with wifi. We got a $2 bus from the airport to Sayulita bus station and Tony coordinated pick up in their golf cart. About the TV - in earlier reviews I had read there was no TV, but there was definitely a working TV in our unit! (not that we ever used it)

There was a hiccup with pickup from the bus station. Tony said his nephew would pick us up but after waiting 30min we started walking. Not far but difficult with rolling suitcase. Tony responded to my message, asked where we were and told us to wait and the nephew appeared. Drove us there, let us in and carried our bags up to the unit. Had some initial difficulty with wifi - only 1 device would connect. Contacted Tony and he came to resolve it. Tip to all future visitors - if there are any questions, contact Tony. He will respond quickly and take care of it, whatever it is.

Tony was waiting for us at midnight just to make sure we arrived safe and had our keys ready.

There is not much to improve. Even the owners were super nice and friendly. Very welcoming and helpful.

Nice quiet neighborhood right outside of the action of downtown. Tony, the property manger was very responsive and super helpful! Beautiful rooftop as well.

Bed was on the smaller side and water pressure was on the weaker side but super minor things.

it was pretty nice.

the other residents were rude and snobby. no tv in the room which is really annoying. with it being so far from town there was nothing to do or look at once I got back. super creepy trying to find it after some fun nights in Sayulita
