The breakfast was beautifully presented and so filling! A variety that helped launch us into the day. The location provided uncommercialized opportunities for a beach and hiking experience, rest, quiet and relaxation. And to get to know others from around the world!

The property is quaint and quiet. It is beautifully crafted and decorated. The included breakfast every morning is amazing. The grounds are immaculately managed. Site is steps from the most amazing uncrowded beach. There is a very good restaurant close to the property with great selection. Have them book you a local mangrove tour with local fishermen. Its 2 hours of peace and tranquility without other tours and tourists.

Our room was small so not conducive to a private setting for lounging however there are plenty of shared lounge options on property.

Great location, really nice garden and friendly people. Daily visits from monkeys.

The restaurant was not open which was one of the main reasons we booked. A/C was not working properly.

One minute walk from miles of deserted beach, and set in lovely gardens,it's really a place to get away from it all. Lovely rooms, decorated with a beach theme, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and we had the best breakfast here of our whole stay in Costa Rica, beautifully presented.

The road to get there is pretty bad, but it's only what you expect in Costa Rica. Don't let this put you off.

Great location on empty beach.

Beso del Viento is a small B&B right run by a French couple. You can see and feel everywhere that the hosts care about their home. It offers everything you need, has a great atmosphere and a beautiful garden where you can watch monkeys while having breakfast. The B&B is a bit remote right at the beach of Parrita where you can have endless walks and enjoy sunrise or sunset. Close by is a good restaurant so there is no need to drive into town for dinner. I can only recommend to stay at this place.

The owners are amazing very polite and helpful. It's a small hotel and out of the way so very very peaceful. The pool is beautiful and perfect to have a cool down. We would highly recommend having dinner as it's absolutely delicious

Definitely recommend. Quiet beautiful setting. Ambience of the hotel was excellent. Lovely room with stylish nautical-themed interior decor. The bed was large (superking) and comfy. The French hosts were very warm and welcoming. We had evening dinner x2 - the main courses were both beatifully cooked and very tasty! A great base from which to explore - we visited Rainmaker (wonderful waterfalls and swimming holes) and Manuel Antonio National Park (remember you need to book a time slot on the internet before visiting)

The beach and ocean just across the road from the property is dramatic to see and hear. However sadly it was not possible to swim in, due to strong rip currents. The shower in our room was hot but was a bit disappointing in power. Be aware the access road to the property is poorly surfaced with numerous potholes - but not a problem if you have a reasonable car.

Very remote and quiet. Beautiful location adjacent to beach. Very relaxing. Owners are very sweet and attentive. One restaurant a short distance down the road.

Was just what was stated online. Quiet relaxed atmosphere with everything needed to have the perfect down time at the beach. Perfect stay! Breakfast was excellent and served with a smile. Could not have asked for better host than Elisabeth and Barnard.

The place was nice. I enjoyed the pool and loungers. The breakfasts were really good.

I was really surprised one of the apartments didn't have the bathroom separated and the second one had the bathroom separated only with the wall that was 170 cm high. It was the only thing I didn't enjoy the stay that much. Maybe it was stated in the description of the apartment but I didn't notice that.

The owner (French guy) was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the Deco of the room although simple it was really nice. Location is fine too, we really like Palo Seco.

2 minor details: upon arrival the wife had a bit of an attitude maybe stressed out, she seemed to relax the following day but 1st impressions count. Secondly the fact of walking barefoot to one's bedroom is kinda of annoying, even if one washes your feet they are going to get dirty no matter what on the way to the bedroom and when going to bed this is just not pleasant. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice b&b close to the nature and the beach, rooms with a lot of personal touch, clean and well furnished, you hear the ocean from your bed; friendly and helpful owners, tasty breakfast: fruit plate, toasts, eggs and drinks. We would definitely come back.

It was less than 2 miles from Parrita but seemed remote. Beautiful empty beach from which one could appreciate sunrises and sunsets. Elizabeth and Bernard were welcoming,engaging and knowledgeable.

Really, really disappointed there was a strict evening closing time of 10pm. We understand it is their home and rules, and we respected it, but we booked to be close to family staying at a nearby hotel to spend New Year together. Neither hotel had capacity for all of us, but we found hotels walking distance apart. Our family travelled there from the USA, and we travelled from the UK. In the end we could not spend New Year’s Eve celebrations together. I understand their policy but it was not anywhere in the published small print in advance. it should be made clear to people booking in the future. It made a lovely calm quiet hotel, but feel there should be a little leeway for respectful quiet guests on New Years Eve.

Everything was very clean and cute. Fabulous breakfast, in fact the very best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten in my life. Amazing how a good chef can transform common every day ingredients. Owners were very kind. Pool was lovely and relaxing.

Beach is quite dangerous, but we enjoyed a long morning walk and a dip in the ocean, not going out beyond our knees.
