modern spacious , the bathroom was a big hit with my daughter

said it was 4 bedroom when it’s actually 3 bedroom with pull out bed in sitting room , can’t really class sitting room as a bedroom . caused a bit of an issue on arrival .

Me and my cousins stayed here for Christmas as it is close to our grandparents and we had the best time. It was bigger than expected and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location wise it's really close to the beach and also John Street for shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be asking if it's free next time we all visit our grandparents in Porthcawl.

The accommodation is on the first and second floor and is well appointed, clean and comfortable but the ground floor is occupied as a separate dwelling and it was from here that we experienced unacceptable levels of noise and smoke ingress.

On the first night we were disturbed by loud booming disco type music and smoke ingress from 10pm until the early hours of the morning followed by a wake up call at 5am of shouting, swearing and doors banging. As the occupant apologised we thought it a one off incident and regrettably didn't bother our landlord. The second night was quiet. Then again on the third and final night the loud music started at 11pm until after 2am.

Very easily booked. Good communication with the owner about what was required to get in & use the accommodation. Clean throughout & very pleasant accommodation/facilities. There was even some tea, coffee & nibbles provided which was very welcome.

Would like to have had some milk provided.
