The bed was very comfortable

The floors were very dirty and the cleaning staff unlocked the door at 8 am.

The rooms are good. Definitely nicer than you would expect from seeing the check-in area and hallways.

The interior areas (not including the room) are rough.

The room was spotless and so was the bathroom. We didn't realize that there would be a complete kitchenette, including a dishwasher in our room. The bathroom was extremely clean as was the entire room.

The shower door in the bathroom allowed water to leak onto the floor. Breakfast could have had more hot items such as eggs, more fruit and cereal options. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.

Upon arriving the elevator smelled like marijuana. When we got to our room the door was propped open and smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel was full so the front desk gave us air freshener and said open the window. Online and everywhere in the hotel there are signs that say it’s a smoke free building. There is a sign that states there is a $500 fee to clean rooms that have been smoked in yet the hallways smells like smoke all the time. Coming in one evening about 5 hotel workers were blocking the front door smoking so I guess no one cares about hotel policy.

Water did not get very hot for the shower, no matter what we did or when. Floor had a tacky/sticky residue

Everything was perfect! Comfy bed, large room, the kitchenette was amazing! Walk in shower, good water pressure, the staff was more than helpful and friendly.

this is a real”gem”, of a hotel..the suite was extremely comfortable, great furnishings plenty of room. Staff is super friendly, professional and courteous. Location is perfect with easy access to I80.

Very clean and modern. Attractive walk-in shower. Comfortable pillow top mattress on king bed. Temperature control for A/C worked well and ran quietly.

Just little things that would have made it nicer. Would have liked thicker bath towels and more than just two (for 2 people). Also surprised there was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner.

Clean well planned suites (bedroom plus small living / kitchen). This is applicable for already repaired units - the whole 1st floor is still under construction.

Staff attitude - Derek simply kept repeating “do you have problem with that?” One of the items we can’ comprehend after traveling for a couple decades: the same staff member for our request for a boiled water - went to facility/storage room {literally!}, and was about to pure facet hot water in our thermos. When asked, he said that hotel is using this hot water for all kitchen needs - tea, coffee, etc. No comments here - you may guess that we skipped coffee next morning…
