Great accommodation and good value; just a bit far from central Paris if we are on a short stay

The property itself was fantastic - lots of room for our family of 7, modern decor, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. the outside of the property was much less appealing - we were concerned when the taxi pulled up! Butch the inside was lovely and the host added many special touches like a box of chocolates, shopping bag, and QR codes information such as places to eat, supermarket etc.

It was a bit far from the heart of Paris. the area itself we got used to - there are some nice restaurants nearby the Expo Centre and some parks and a supermarket close by. the outside as mentioned looked uninviting but the inside was lovely. The property was well secured but we could have done with a safe as well.

Spacious, clean and very well equipped. Nicely cooled! The street in front of the house is very busy, but due to the air conditioning and closed windows, the noise did not bother us at all. A bit out of the way, but good access. Price/performance ratio very good. When the water in the sink drained badly, the manager offered us to have someone look at it. But it was not necessary for us during the short time. There is a supermarket and a great bakery nearby. There are also a few restaurants. Nice contact - check in and check out uncomplicated.

Very nice apartment a 10 minute walk and 30 minute metro ride to the Eiffel Tower.

4 Bedrooms were a great set up for our travelling family of 5. Wifi signal was very strong.

Since it was on the ground floor, thicker privacy (not blackout) curtains would be nice.

Great location in paris and well organised apartment

The location of the property is very good. Rooms were very clean and kitchen was well organised.

All windows and main door was not getting locked. Anybody can open from outside as well and come inside from windows. If the locks were repaired everything will be perfect.

Exceptional

The apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed.. 2 bedroom, both with ensut, kitchen, dining area, living room. You can cook, wash like in your own home. The whole place was so lovely. Supermarket, boulangerie, post office and more shops in 2-3 minutes distance. Metro station 10 min walk distance and from there 20 min to town. The communication with the property owner was amazing from the first moment. They texted me immediately after my booking and continuously after that too. They were in contact with me all the time. They were waiting for me at the apartment (I was late because of train delaying). They were just fantastic they never left me alone or without answer. Thank you very much again for they great communication, helpful. We had a fantastic stay! I will recommend everyone.

Excellent option, clean and good value, at Port de Versailles

Clean relatively well equipped kitchen, excellent beds and bedding, lots of towels. Provides shampoo and soap which is nice but no conditioner. Nice set up for recycling.

Bathroom has no room for toiletries or hook to hang a bag of toiletries. Would recommend installing some small shelves. Could use a better knife in the kitchen. Nothing is a dealbreaker. If you need to stay in that area (which is not too much fun) for some reason (convention, etc), then this is an excellent option. Could not use wifi on the TV.

Great apartment for a group stay and as it is on the ground floor so no problem with luggage

The apartment was located on the ground floor and new and clean. It was secure and quiet location. the Host was always checking to make sure everything was right.

Perfect for our needs, would recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our needs as we were 5 adults with 3 children. It was spacious and comfortable with four good sized bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Having two good, modern shower rooms was very helpful. Although we knew the location was not central, it was a pleasant walk to Porte de Versailles metro. The no 89 bus stop was just around the corner too and was very useful. There are shops nearby in Malakoff too. The communication with Edgar Suites was excellent.

A great modern 4 bedrooms apartment.

The 4 bedroom apartment is modern, fresh and big enough to accommodate 8 persons, and it has all what we needed, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 full bathrooms. Not in the center of Paris but 9mn walk from the Malakoff metro station or a 15 to 20 euro uber trip from the center. Carrefour is around the corner in addition to a very nice boulagerie next to it. The first day due to "Tour de France", we were really late to arrive, joel was kind enough to wait for us. frankly it was a good deal, that I highly recommend.

The windows had a weird system, that u cant lock it, but they open only around 10cm which is not possible for any person to enter to the house. It would be nice to have a safe inside the apartment.

Great stay and Edgar is a helpful landlord

The appartement is exactly as on the pictures, very nice, clean en spacious. The 2 bathrooms were nice as well with great showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nespresso machine available incl. nespresso cups. Just around the corner there are some shops incl a supermarket and bakery.

The location is a bit further away from the city center but we knew that upfront. The closest Metro station is Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves and reachable in 10 mins walk.

We liked everything. At first location was a bit strange, but we lived there for 5 days and it appeared that all is really good.
