This is a fabulous complex with excellent attentive staff, especially Cathia the front of house manager.
Everything is to a high standard and the location is brilliant.
We are repeat visitors and I'm sure we will return, the pool area is very quiet despite the location and you have everything you need for a great holiday within a few hundred meters of this base.
Internet went down for several days, apparently a problem outside of the complex's control. But not good in this day and age.

Stor leilighet med to seperate soverom begge med tilhørende bad. Stor stue med spisebord, store håndkler for strand samt bad. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Takterasse med solstoler.
Hotellet har 4 kareoke barer som nærmeste nabo og dette var veldig støyende til langt på kveld. Masse trafikkstøy og vi følte vi lå midt i en rundkjøring. Internett ble det slutt på etter tre dager, det var tilfeldigvis i månedskifte så regningen var muligens ikke betalt? Sengene var helt forferdelige, du kjente hver en stålfjær mot kroppen. Betjeningen la ett lag med dyne på samtlige senger for å dempe problemet med stål fjærer. Dette var dessverre heller ikke nok! Det ble lagt enda en dyne på sengen som hjalp noe.
Hos booking.com står det at det var ikke mulig å parkere, dette stemmer ikke. Vi droppet bestilling av bil av denne grunn. Leide bil kun en dag for å komme oss til Teide.

Our apartment was huge for a one bed .
The pool was a freshwater pool which was really cold could do with being heated during the winter months.
Our en-suite shower need up dating with new mastic sealant the tray & floor tiles were stained.
Also the pool area had tiles missing around the edge which made it look tired just required a bit of maintenance to make it a perfect stay.

Korter oli tõesti avar, lausa 2 korrust ja katuseterrass päevitamiseks, mitu vannituba ja WCd. Köögis oli hea varustus, et ise süüa teha. Voodi oli väga lai ja mugav. Magamistoast avanes rõdult ilus vaade eemal olevale mäele ja ookeanile. Rand oli väikese (ca 20 minutit) jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Poed, kohvikud, restoranid ja baarid on kohe üle tee. Suurepärane koht, kus saime perega veeta toreda puhkuse.
Magamistoa aknad olid tänava poole, mistõttu tuppa kostab hästi liiklusmüra ja õhtuti kõva muusika. Väikeste lastega peredele ei oleks see ilmselt meeldinud. Basseini vesi oli kahjuks nii külm, et seal ujuda tegelikult ei saanud. Õnneks oli kohe basseini kõrval sooja veega mullivann.

Totalmente un acierto elegir este alojamiento para pasar unos días en Tenerife. Nosotros estuvimos en una suite con acceso a piscina, salir al balcón y tener la piscina delante es espectacular. Alfonso estuvo súper atento con nosotros en todo momento, muy agradecido todo lo que hizo para que estuviéramos como en casa, y así fue! Recomendable al 100% tanto por el trato que tienen por el viajero como por las instalaciones!

The staff was exceptional.
The space is huge.
We didn't have Wifi for the first week.
The AC did not work well-we had leaks from the AC which was frustrating.
We also had some plumbing issues and bugs.
Lots of night time noise from the bars across the street.

Atlas suites are amazing. The property offers a quiet peaceful tranquil setting with a lovely pool in an ideal location. Apartments are massive in size and enough room for a big family. Staff are on hand always 24/7 if you need them and the complex itself is very safe and secure.

The apartment was fantastic. So much space and being able to walk straight into the pool was amazing.
Alfonso and the team were brilliant. Can't fault the whole experience.

Wonderful location close to beech, restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, clean with everything we needed. The resort exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, we we would definitely return.
The pool shut at 6pm and would have been nice if it was open later. This may have been as we were out of season though.

Bars next door kept me awake few nights, night reseptionist was kinda rude.

The room is huge with direct access to the pool. Really can't fault it. Location was spot on with bars, restaurants and shops over the road.
The bed was massive and we loved the bathroom! The bath was ridiculously big.
Would definitely recommend getting a room with pool access.

Nothing really. If you don't like noise, don't stay here. It's loud until around 1am. We didn't mind at all.
WiFi was good in the living room but very weak in the bedroom.

From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Alfonso, my stay was an absolute joy.
The suite was amazing and all my friends were jealous.
Alfonso made me feel so relaxed and that was so nice.

Very friendly staff; excellent communications before and during our stay. A small number of large apartments with excellent facilities in a stylish setting where we always felt and were treated like individuals rather than one of the masses of a larger hotel complex. A very gentle 5 min stroll to the beach with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Finding an excellent authentic Spanish restaurant (Taberna Vasca Txupinazo) just 2 mins walk away was an added bonus. All highly recommended.
The only disappointment was the row of bars across the street playing load music / karaoke every night but they did all stop at midnight so it could have been worse. Obviously this is nothing to do with the hotel and it didn't spoil our stay - we just adjusted our lifestyle around it.

That was a really good experience. We were welcomed by a nice receptionist. All views from apartment was very nice. On of the side the city street and on the one hand, silence by the pools. The walk to the beach also had its charm.

Fabulous apartment. 2 stories high with private roof terrace. Private entrance. Friendly personnel. Washing machine.
The staff were unaware of confirmed arrival time, they said they need to contact Booking about this. Very loud music across the street, zero chance of sleep untill midnight. Some traffic. Second floor shower needs a renovation. Dishwasher did not work. Kitchen knives were dull, had to buy own.

Depending on your taste it is a great location. The swimming pool and inside area is nice and clean. Beach and supermarkets are close by, parking in front of the Appartment complex is free and available.
If you are bothered by loud noise, there are a few pubs close by that you might hear at night up until 1:00 AM.
For us the location was not ideal as we did a lot of trips to the north of the island (this has nothing to do with the property though). if you like this area in Tenerife, the property is great.
