Location was perfect. Great value for money. Facilities were good, Had a fantastic stay, would definitely stay again.

Only negative was no bath towels or hand soap.

Location was great, plenty of room for boat. Had to climb up a spiral staircase which was difficult with luggage and sore knees. Kitchen was good but did not have enough plates or spoons for number of guests. Well equipped with other utensils. Definitely staying here again! Thankyou for letting my family stay, it was very enjoyable!

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Excellent location, close to beach and lake, and within walking distance of town. Quiet and peaceful spot. Good to have had a laundry to use at the complex. Booking was quick and easy.

Spiral staircase a little tricky for we oldies when carrying bags. With the complex fully occupied, parking inside the grounds was a little harder than we expected.

The location was just by the water and a short walk to the beach. The bed was large and comfortable. It was quiet. The kitchen had a retro feel and not shabby. The shower was good too.

The bright security light outside the bathroom at night. However, I just closed the bathroom door to block it out.

Great quiet spot with views of inlet and short walk to surf beach, cafe and take away. Easy stroll into town for restaurants, shops etc. Good size room with unrenovated but adequate small kitchen. Great value for money.

Unusual to supply linen but no towels. Fortunately we brought with us as going camping afterwards but otherwise would have been caught out. Hadn’t read all the booking information but apparently was listed as not supplied. Also no toiletries including soap and no tea/ coffee/ milk etc. Imagine that is keeping cost down. KD

The property was great!

The kids runny around upstairs at all hours wasn’t so great. The young people that stayed next door to us parked their vehicle in our designated parking spot. When asked if could they please move their vehicle, the young guy parked his ute diagonally so it was difficult for us to get our car in our parking spot.

Location location! This place is in the perfect spot, definitely the best little patch of Merimbula to stay for beach and close walking distance to town.

It would have been great to have the basics like towels and soap provided. Upon arrival I had to go and buy a bar of soap, because I had expected that as a standard offering? The place is lovely from the front, but could use a coat of paint and some greenery around the sides and back.
