Idéalement situé.

L’accueil était très agréable. L’établissement un havre de paix avec deux magnifiques terrasses. La décoration somptueuse. Nous avions une très belle chambre familiale.

Il faudrait peut être prévoir des doubles rideaux.

どこに出かけるにも便利な場所。スタッフのオマールはとても親切。朝食は豪華で嬉しい。観光ハマムの手配もできます。グーグルマップだけで来ると迷うかもしれないので、近くまで来たらそのあたりの人に場所を聞くのがいいです。

Fez e Riad Rayhana stupendi

Il Riad è in una posizione eccellente: vicino alla porta blu e a tre passi da una delle vie principali della Medina. Le colazioni sono incredibili, tipiche marocchine e il proprietario del Riad, Don Omar, si è preso cura di noi dall’inizio alla fine della nostra permanenza: ci è venuto a prendere e accompagnato al taxi, consigliato posti dove mangiare locale molto carini con tanto di persona che ci ha accompagnato, illustrato la mappa di Fez e dato consigli fondamentali e stampato le nostre carte di imbarco. Ci siamo sentite sicure, coccolate e quasi privilegiate. Il Riad ha inoltre una stupenda terrazza oltre che le stanze molto carine. Riad super consigliato!

Forse unica pecca: dal bagno veniva odore di fogna.

Riad somptueux situé au coeur de la Médina à proximité d'une rue très commercante avec des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci à Omar pour le temps passé avec nous, pour tes conseils et ton accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance. Vous avez été aux petits soins avec nous. Mille mercis. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bien servi. Belle terrasse sur les toits avec une vue imprenable sur la ville de Fès. Nous reviendrons !

La salle de bain exigue avec une douche peu commode (il manque un bac de douche pour éviter de mettre de l'eau de partout).

Great hospitality and good nights' sleep

The hotel staff was great. The welcome with tea, explanation of local attractions, and offer to reach out for anything - these seem to be fairly standard at smaller accommodations like this in this part of the world. However, Omar's seemed much more genuine. He was very responsive on WhatsApp, and always available at the property when I needed something. He seems like a truly hardworking, welcoming guy - not an act to try to get a commission or positive review. Breakfast was served restaurant-style - they bring out dishes to each individual table. Bed was very comfortable. Power strip, AC, hair dryer, shampoo and hanging hooks/racks were all available. WiFi was stable. Location is hidden in the medina near the clock tower.

Bathroom was musty (no circulation) and small. The floor sloped such that shower water did not drain - even the next day, there was a big pool of water in the middle of the bathroom. This might've just been my room, though. The window in my room didn't shut closed, so earplugs might be a good idea. Typical of older buildings in the area, the stairs are uneven and some doorways/ceilings low. It is not their fault, but if you have accessibility/mobility concerns, you would be best served by a standard hotel.

Good stay in Fez!

Staff super friendly and helpful, they worked hard even though it was Ramadan and Eid. Beds were comfortable. They had a baby bed, which was very convenient. Place was very beautiful.

The room was a bit stuffy, needed a little more ventilation. Food was ok.

Déçus par la chambre. Petit déjeuner super

Personnel très gentil et serviables dont Omar. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, très bon et varié. Beau riad.

Très difficile à trouver au fond d'une impasse fermée par une porte grillagée. Nous avons eu une chambre très petite. Lit 140 cm contre le mur et un petit passage pour aller dans la salle de bain. La douche inonde toute la salle de bain. Sur la réservation nous avions sélectionné une chambre triple disponible sur Booking.

Picturesque riad

We lived in a two-story room — spacious, clean, beautiful. There is lovely lobby in Morocco style. Breakfast was delicoius!

Comodo y bonito, le falta un poco para ser un 9 o 10

El desayuno esta muy bien y muy completo y Omar es un chico estupendo que incluso se levanto a las 04am por acercarnos al taxi

Nos encontramos nuestra habitacion con las llaves en la puerta despues de limpiar y es algo dificil de encontrar al principio, por suerte luego Omar te da muy buenos trucos

Rustige Riad in de drukte van de Medina

Het begon al bij de ontvangst door Omar. Eerst een kopje Marokkaanse muntthee en daarna de administratie en het gaan naar de kamer. Hicham vraagt elke keer of alles naar wens is. Prachtige heren met oog voor de klant. Vergeet ook de dame voor de huishouding en keuken niet. Onopvallend verzet ook zij veel werk om de gasten het naar de zin te maken.

Niks. Precies zoals verwacht.

Definitely recommended stay in Fez, Medina

Got a great deal through booking.com at the last minute. The location was very near to Blue Gate where almost all the tours and trips start. The walk back to the Riad through Medina felt all safe even at night. Wifi was working perfectly. Omar and Hisham were really helpful in every need from city knowledge to breakfast preparation

The bathroom facilities were a little rickety and would suggest better markings on Medina or modifying the GPS location to point to the exact location for first-timers.

Buena ubicación y personal muy simpático

La ubicación era muy buena. Está muy cerca de la puerta azul. A pesar d estar por una de las callejuelas de la Medina. Pero el personal nos espero fuera el día el que llegamos para guiarnos.

La cama supletoria (en la habitación triple) de bastante incómoda.

Atención de lujo

La buenísima disposición del personal. Nos ayudaron en todo: adelantando el desayuno porque nos íbamos pronto, facilitándonos la cena en el riad porque los niños estaban cansados, la recogida en el aeropuerto… Si volviera cogería las excursiones con ellos, gente seria.

Pleasant and would definitely visit again.

It was clean, beautiful , and had everything we needed including a heater which was a blessing in this cold weather. Omar and Baraq were exceptional hosts. They made us feel safe and welcomed (We are 2 young females travelling so this was much appreciated). They served us tea and explained to us the map in the Medina and offered help if we needed. Also they allowed us to hang around in the riad until it was time for our trip back so we didn’t have to carry our bags everywhere. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fes.

Superbe séjour à Fès

Le Ryad Rayahana était superbe. Le personnel aux petits soins, toujours accessibles pour renseigner ou vous proposer une collation. La chambre était agréable, propre. Nous avions aussi bien profité de la terrasse avec une vue sur la médina et la vallée. Un grand merci 🇲🇦

all good, friendly staff, authentic riad, good breakfast, good location the riad is nicely renovated, but still remains an old building, with pro's (authentic) and con's (eg narrow stairs, bathroom somewhat humid)

Parfait !

Séjour exceptionnel dans Riad authentique, soigné, au coeur de la médina et pourtant au calme. Nuit passée dans chambre de luxe, sur la terrasse. Nous avons été accueillis comme, voire mieux que dans la famille ! Hicham est extrêmement attentionnés, soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes, très disponible. Incontournable à Fès.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ellerinden gelen yardımı yaptılar. Gece tamamen sessiz. Yatak konforlu idi. Fes tarihi eski merkez çok farklı.

Eski binalar, bizim oda en üst katta terasta bir ona idi ona ramen şiddetli rutubet vardı, Oda birhayli dar ve banyo tamirat istiyor.

Einfach wunderbar!

Beste Erfahrung mit einer Unterkunft in Marokko! Omar war unglaublich zuvorkommend, kommunikativ und offen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Omar war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank für deine Mühen. Das Frühstück ist das beste was wir bisher in Marokko hatten. Preis - Leistung top. Das Riat Rayhana ist mitten in der Medina und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Riat hat eine schöne Terrasse, die zum verweilen einlädt. Und das beste daran: saubere Bettwäsche und mega gemütliches Bett.

Perfect stay right in the center of the Medina.

Raja and her team make the experience in Fez excellent! She provided the best information and bookings on trips around the area and also in the desert. The best breakfast we had in our whole trip in Morocco.

Trato excepcional del personal del riad, Ahmed nos reservó plaza de garaje en un parking, nos esperó en el mismo y nos llevó hasta el riad. Desayuno inmejorable.

Great place to stay, but watch your head on the stairs, if you are tall!

Omar, our host, was very helpful. We had an excellent breakfast served early on our request for the day we had to leave. The interior of the riad is beautiful.

Amazing staff, great location. Felt at home

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. All of the staff are so kind and genuine. They are really helpful and available anytime to chat. I really felt like I was at home with friends. The lobby and eating area is beautiful. Perfect location. Honestly I didn’t want to leave, I almost stayed another day just because of how awesome this place was. Oh and the free breakfast is great!
