Avoid, the apartment is gross and based on other reviews it’s a repetitive issue

Location was the only positive aspect of the property.

I’ve never given such a negative review before but here we are… we were staying in the apartment 210 - when we first entered the apartment, the floor was dirty. There were some breadcrumbs and even someone’s clipped fingernails. The lady from the reception came to sweep it but unfortunately it wasn’t all. - there were towels for only one person even though we were two. On some of the towels we discovered stains. - stains were all over the apartment: on the bed sheets, on the bed itself, weird stains on the walls. We told the staff about it but no measures were taken. - we found a someone’s earplug (I guess it was an earplug) swimming in a vase. - a fly nest on the ceiling didn’t contribute to situation either - you could say having an electric kettle in the apartment (especially when it was advertised) is a bare minimum but it was not the case there. - when they came to bring us the kettle, they didn’t even knocked. Just simply opened the door and entered.. - there were also some minor inconveniences like broken hangers, noise from the streets or overall very dark room - when someone opened or closed the door from other apartment, out apartment would shake all the time.

Gut… geht aber besser.

Die Lage war perfekt.

Die Fehlende Kaffeemaschine… die es heute ja fast überall gibt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig. Rezeption war um 8:00 nicht geöffnet wie angegeben.

Good Value & Location

Amazin room. Roof top. My daughter liked the design and stairs so she can climb her seperate bed above. Everything was clean and there were enough equipments for kitchen. The shower is also quite big.

You need to walk for a few minutes. This is a handicap if you have big luggage.

Not as advertised very dissapointing!

Location was excellent

Was not as advertised apt 303. Said city view but only window in apartment was skylight. Did not state there were stairs to reach apartment. I have a hip bone disease and struggle with stairs, immediately asked to move but this was not accomodated which ruined my stay. Apartment lacked basics such as welcome items ie some tea or coffee sachets and milk. No information in apartment such as tv operation, local ameneties, wifi. Would not recommend this apartment, no openable windows so no fresh air, steps, no view whatsoever.

Modern, central and clean apartment, good value for price.

The accommodation is very modern and central. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable.

The staff is a bit disinterested or maybe it is just the language barrier that they seem too cold and unbothered :)

Luksus w samym centrum starowki. Ten apartament pozostawi wspaniale wrazenie z pobytu.

Piekne apartamenty! Niektore maja widok na ulice a niektore na wewnetrzne patio. Trzeba uwazac przy rezerwacji. My mielismy widok na ulice. Apartement ogromny, przestronny, wygodny i w zimie mega cieply. Lux! Lokalizacja TOP! Samo serce starowki.

Brak parkingu. Pobliskie garaze sa drogie 30€/doba. Dojscie do hotelu zajmuje do 5min. Na ulicach nie da sie zaparkowac bo wszystkie miejsca sa zarezerwowane. Innych uwag brak.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Direttamente sulla via principale pedonale, a due passi dalla Porta San Michele. Soggiorno fantastico

Fabulous apartment

Brilliant location, in the heart of the old town. Room was very hot and beds and pillows were so comfy. Great to lie down after a day walking. Room had a fridge which helped. Brilliant place to stay and would return. We stayed in apartment 308.

The carpet could have been cleaner, it looked a bit worn, but that didn’t reflect badly on the good stay we had.

nice place to stay in.

location was perfect. just in the pedestrian area with lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Christmas market was very close too.

There were many stairs leading to our room and although there is the lift available, it won't take you to our room. It would be a problem for people who have problems using the stairs.

Definitely NOT ‘brand new’ like advertised. A bit tired. And in need of a bit of maintenance and tlc.

The location and space were great.

The 2nd bedroom wasn’t made up and the pillows and mattress covers etc were stained and soiled. There was no controller for the heating and the two climate control units were not working either as both showing error messages. Quite noisy with people in apartment above whenever they moved or walked around. The apartment said it had city views. However, it has no view apart from across the courtyard into other people’s apartments.

Spacious comfortable room. Right in the old town with many nearby restaurants & bars.

Было ощущение будто ты дома, паркетный пол, большое окно до пола , тепло, отдельный собственный вход в номер. Напротив апартаментов классный магазин одежды с любимыми брендами стиля streetwear)

Единственный минус - ночью ярко горят фонари у входных дверей, а штор на дверях не было и было светло в комнате .

Bratislava e’ davvero una citta’ incantevole. La Struttura si trova in pieno centro storico, nella zona pedonale. Nei pressi ce tutto. Nel complesso soddisfacente. Personale accogliente.

Ovviamente stando nel centro storico, non ce’ parcheggio auto, ne in struttura ne nei pressi della stessa. Per parcheggiare bisogna necessariamente pagare il posto auto. Questo puo’ essere l’unico difetto.

Perfect location, great value, a lovely small historic city.

A nice big spacious apartment, with kitchen/living area, bedroom and en-suite. The location was right in the centre of the old town

Hard to pick a fault but maybe there could have been more cooking facilities, although to us it did not matter as we ate out.

Excelente localização, bom ambiente staff prestativo (parte dele).

O estúdio era impecável! Muito limpo e organizado. Adorei poder deixar minhas malas antes de fazer checkin sem precisar pagar! A localização dele é 5 estrelas! Valeu muito a pena a relação preço e qualidade!

Cheguei ao hotel antes do tempo previsto, falei com o rapaz da recepção e deixei as malas guardadas, isso foi excelente, a única parte ruim é que ele foi ríspido e nem tirou os fones de ouvido pra falar comigo, mais tarde fiz o checkin e fui para o quarto, a noite tive problemas com o secador de cabelo, e já era outro rapaz da recepção, ele foi impecável, fez de tudo para resolver o problema. Graças a ele coloquei uma nota melhor para o staff, se não a nota seria ruim.

Nikako ne dolazite u ovaj smestaj.Jako je prljavo vode za tusiranje skoro i da nema jer je los pritisak a najglre od svega jer nemaju grejanje i jako je hladno.Kad smo kontaktirali osoblje samo su nas ignorisali.Nikako ne dolaziti u ivaj smestaj.

Perfect stay in the heart of old town!
