Everything was perfect. April allowed us to check-in early and was very friendly. The apartment was very cosy and perfect for us.

Great location for a stopover on our way North. Unbelievably good food cooked by our hostess, booked in advance. The tastiest homemade lasagne ever, salad and flatbread with wild garlic butter. Great value ! We stayed again on our way back, and enjoyed it again.

Comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Delicious breakfast food left for us, especially home made bread. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Attractive garden with a table for sitting out if it is warm enough. Path at the back which leads round the edge of a new housing estate. Close to the busy A1, but no traffic noise inside the apartment.

Right on the edge of town -- best to have a car. There is a bus that goes close by, but it only runs every 2 hours and the driver denied that it went in the right direction. A taxi costs £8, and we couldn't get one for 2 hours while they all did school runs. Owner away when we arrived (dealing with an emergency) and it took us a while to realise that the key was in the door.

The property is very spacious, light and well equipped with beautiful decor. There was nothing else we needed that wasn't included. Comfy bed too! Breakfast hamper (for a small cost) was great with homemade bread and a fruit platter. The bike storage facility was also a bonus to us and one of the reasons to book the property! Great hosts - thanx for a lift to Morpeth.

Fabulous accommodation with everything needed for a perfect stay. Great information from the host with local recommendations and advice. Great location and base for exploring Morpeth and the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend!

April, the host was very welcoming when we saw her. She had thought of everything in the apartment which made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

it’s a really cute place and was lovely and warm when I arrived in a very cold night. They also provided breakfast which was great. The shower is fantastic.

For me I’m a light sleeper, and the noise of the A1 woke me in the morning.

We usual stay in either hotels or B&Bs when we visit our daughter and we really appreciated having space to relax. The food basket, with freshly made bread, crisps, apples, homemade jam, butter etc was a wonderfully kind addition, especially considering the price we paid. When we first arrived, we were concerned about the traffic noise, but once we shut the windows, we heard nothing- it's a lovely, peaceful place to stay. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable.

The bed ends made it difficult for my husband, who slept next to the wall, to get out during the night! It was hilarious to watch him though!

The apartment was above our expectations. The whole experience from start to finish was great and the hosts went above and beyond with the breakfast that was supplied. Will definitely be staying here again.
