No meals are provided at this establishment.
The room is described as "luxury", but it is more like "average". Some of the furnishings are showing signs of wear and the backs of some cupboards are broken. Unlike a lot of bathrooms in Italian accommodation, this one is huge and modern, but in reality, one does not use all this space. Personally, I would have preferred a small kitchen with at least a microwave.
The room is on the first floor ( no elevator) in a quiet street, close to the train station and the city center.

Great facilities, automatic entry via code, clean and safe, great location right in the centre, good value for money. Young couple owners :)
No kitchen. A bit too little social interaction, it was not easy to meet people. But that's subjective. :)

It like a luxury hotel just without any staffa, all self serviced.
Everything is clean and tidy. I stayed for two night, and after I went out on the second day and back, soemone cleaned my bed already and this make me unexpected as a hostel.

Highly recommend. Attention to detail, supremely clean, felt very luxurious and cosy. The bathrooms were really lovely, free tea, coffee and snacks, fluffy towels. Better than some hotels I've stayed in. Plus they were very responsive on WhatsApp and have a list of great local recommendations to share.

Was more like a boutique hotel than a hostel.
When I contacted The Hosts via WhatsApp about Pharmacies that would be open on Easter Sunday, they called around a few for me to check they if they were open, and offered to call me a taxi if I needed one.
On-line check-in was a pain.
I saw only a cleaner for "staff". Several ppl asked me "are you the host?" as I used to work in hostels (and I was telling them where the WiFi password, bathrooms, etc were.
The facilities - just a kettle and a pod coffee machine - were a bit lacking for a backpacker on a budget.

Despite the fact that it is a hostel. It was quite comfortable and private. Quick responses and high-level problem solving. Clean and cozy hostel. Great location. Indeed, when you travel alone and only sleep, this is exactly what you need.

The place itself is really big and very clean
I booked a shared room with girls, on the second night there were a guy among us, which wasn't what I booked and it felt uncomfortable, i tried to call the host but they never picked up.

There was coffee and tea. They were like cracker cookies. they were all fresh. These foods and beverages are ready at any time of the day. location was awesome. Couldn't stay in a better place. rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I encountered the cleaning staff, very friendly. I stayed two nights. I would have stayed much longer if space was available. but all reservations were fully booked.

As a shared room hostel it really can't be better. Luxury facility, owner provide coffee, shampoo, shower gels, towels. All is nice and professional
Standard shared room things, it's a lottery, one night I slept well and met a wonderfull people, another night I couldn't sleep as one guy snore loud :)

Really impressive building, could be used for an expensive hotel, or ideal location in the city but close to the train station. Free biscuits, tea and espresso in the living room. Great bathrooms
Open plan room leaves little privacy when sleeping, quite a lot of light coming through too, not a great night's sleep for many in the room despite it being pretty quiet. Checked in late, not sure if any windows had been open for a while in the room as it smelt a bit despite the large room. Online check in was a little annoying and lengthy, but not too bad.
