Location is good, very secluded. Nice friendly neighbors. Beautiful setting. Enjoyed the porched. Enjoyed the puzzles and audio system while in the house.
There is a distinctive "rotten egg" smell that comes up through the plumbing when running water.

The home is sufficiently supplied with everything you need for cooking. Quiet atmosphere.
A few more easy chairs. The chairs in the living room were not very comfortable.
Also, it had a good overall clean appeal at first but it could use a deep clean. Lots of dog hair on the sofa.
