Excellent séjour à Oaxaca, nous reviendrons.

La gentillesse de nos hôtes. Vivre avec une famille mexicaine qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le matelas était confortable et la chambre bien équipée. La tranquillité des lieux. La terrasse avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes et un espace de travail avec une excellente connexion wifi. La possibilité de manger sur place, l'équipement nécessaire pour faire ses repas. Le bus pour se rendre au centre-ville à trois minutes de marche (20-30 minutes du centre-ville).

- L’accueil de cette famille Mexicaine qui fût très chaleureux et bienveillant. - Le quartier très safe et agréable. - Laverie juste en face de la maison prendra qui soin de vos affaires pour trois fois rien. - Un arrêt de bus pour aller dans le centre ville qui ce situe littéralement à 3 minutes de l’hôtel. - La vue de la terrasse qui est magnifique.

Came as a tourist, left as a friend!

Please don't expect a luxurious hotel, it is much better! It really depends what you like! I like staying at locations which are a litte off the beaten track, which are authentic! Try to find the real Mexico! Casa Donaji is like staying with family. In fact you are staying with a family just not your own! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The view from the roof terrace is probably on of the best you can get in Oaxaca! There is a National Park fairly close by, where you can go hiking. A lot of little Mon 'n Pop stores close by. Bus station 3 min walk away. Inexpensive food from the neighbours sold on the street. Elu (the Mom) prepares you a yummy breakfast if you ask her to! I was there for quite a few days and enjoyed it so much! Would and maybe will go back again. And Oaxaca de Juarez is a great city! Lots to do and to see! Muchas gracias por todo!

Can't think of anything. The rooms and the facilities are clean and there is a shared kitchen and bathrooms. They provide water for free. Again, all good!

Enorm lieve familie Meteen welkom Hielpen ons meteen met alle vragen Heel aangenaam Prachtig dakterras Keuken en badkamer was ok

Geen ramen naar buiten in de kamer, dus het was duf in de kamer. Iets te ver uit centrum, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. Met de bus makkelijk bereikbaar.

Exceptional

had a wonderful stay at this hotel that we decide to stay a few extra nights! the staff is literally the sweetest and the best!! everything is super clean sheets are comfortable and the kitchen is also gorgeous and super net ! would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking forward to coming to oaxaca city. they also have a super cute rooftop if you do remote work or just like to enjoy the view :)

Good

The terrace was the best part of the hotel, as it provided a view of the mountains in Oaxaca. The neighborhood is quiet and calm.

I was the only guest for two nights, but then another guest arrived and they smoked some cigarettes outside, which permeated the rooms. I also wished my room had more natural night.

Great value for the money, perfect for those looking for a more authentic experience.

Lovely terrace, perfectly equipped kitchen, good location with easy links to the city centre. Perfect homestay-like stay with owners always happy to help.

The location is quiet, but a guy in a room next to us decided to work from midnight to 1 AM on a Zoom call and we could hear every word. We told him to be quieter and the owners apologised for him, and that was only one night out of the four we stayed there. Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

One of our best stays in Mexico.

It was a pleasure staying at Casa Donaji, I highly recommend! The location is a bit further up the hill in the Volcanes district, so you’ll avoid the crowded city center. Elu was a great host, she helped us with getting taxis and the right buses and made awesome hot chocolate! The place has also a really nice terrace and everything was super clean and comfortable. There are some really good and cheap Taquerias nearby, also laundry shops, a pharmacy and small shops are just around the corner.

Public transport in Oaxaca stops at around 8pm. After that, you will need a taxi.

Everything but dogs everywhere creating symphony of barking, not in owners control obviously.

Nothing, great thoughtful pleasant hosts with beautiful home.

If I spoke Spanish, my stay would have been better.

My room was clean and comfortable.

The location was further out than I realised, and it was a bus into town and then a cab back out if after dark..
