Staff is quite cooperative, Price was great and having a lot of restaurants and mini market just under the building.

LOcation is bit far from Haram, need taxi, 10-15 Riyals and it takes 15 minutes to reach Haram

Staff was very good and helpful, parking available. A bit old building from inside but well maintained by staff.

Furniture was old and every time someone opened even the cupboard door or sat on bed, it squeaked alot. Most disturbing was the crossing of voices from side apartment / guestroom. For visitors of madina mosque, it is a bit far due to road construction and blockage of roads.

The location was the only positive thing. The host tried to be helpful by carrying the stuff with us, but he supported the property owners and defended why we should be thankful that we found a place rather than staying in the street with my family!! As if I got the place for free!!

We got scammed. We reserved something good as you can see in the pictures, and we got something I would not accept to stay in or pay $186 for 2 nights!! They put us in a tough situation. I reserved the unit over a week before the trip, and their resolution was if you don't like it, leave now!! Of course it would be nearly impossible to find a decent place in same night in Madina!
