Staff girl lying about the restaurant being only Vegetarian, hot water only available 3 hours in the morning, TV didn't work for over 5 hours
Payed hotel bill at checkin and was meant to receive cash back the next morning and didn't.

the room was clean and comfort to be sleep. the room service was good and the breakfast was serve well.

There is no car parking, no room boy, Staff level person not responsible morning breakfast very poor. the cost is very high comparative other local area rooms.
Please immediate response for the customer questions. otherwise there is not good for the improvement further bookings.

The room size was okay and beds were comfortable
The services were poor as nobody came to take the lugguage. Also, the front office staff was not ready to give the keys before paying the full amount or check in as if we will run away. The staff behavior was not polite and he was looking for only money. He did not even care to show the room first, provide services, water bottles etc. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone in future.

The room was not at all nice bed was beside the bathroom no oven nor fridge
The hot water starts only from 5am
And not that good response from the staffs

Room , we are family of five with 3 children we got a room with 3 double beds
Room were spacious enough to accommodate 5 of us without any discomfort
