We left my toddler son's favorite pillow, a travel size MyPillow with tye dye pillow case, paid the fee for them to look for it and ship it back, this was the first weekend in June and have heard nothing. Told them exactly where it would be. Terrible service. Over priced. There was not a pen or pencil anywhere in the house. Crumbs on the floor. All the bikes are rusted and/or flat tires. House itself is decent and hot tub was nice, beds are comfortable. It is kind of close to the village shops. The 2 twin beds in the one spare room are old and stiff.
