The bathtub not working for sure

The ocean view was spectacular. Nana's customer service was exceptional right from enquiries stage.

One of the toilets could not flush also the shower area water was overflowing outside.

The kitchen had rusty toaster and kettles , dirty cooker ,sink and utensils we had to clean up throughly. The attitude of the cleaning lady was wanting

Klause & his team did a good job hosting us. They did everything they can to accommodate us with everything we needed. very kind and respectful. For the price, the place is outstanding. You won’t be able to find anything else in the area at this price point. Two level apartment with plenty of room. Very relaxing area. We felt safe. food delivery was very cheap and fast through Glovo. And they have a restaurant within the complex (Lameira) if you want to use it. The pool was very nice and clean (in comparison to other African pools I’ve seen). we liked it so much we extended our stay. Thanks Klause!

One of the air conditioners was not working, but Klause sent a technician to fix it immediately. after that, it was working perfectly :)

The pool, beach view and the swings on the balcony. Peaceful environment and comfortable lounge area. Freshly painted. Good facilities.

The bathrooms need to be redone. No daily cleaning. Stained sheets and no assistance when requesting a fresh set of linen. Consider mounting the air con remote on the wall.

The location is oceanfront. The place is breezy I loved the balcony

The place needs better maintenance. Place needs a painting it has been a minute. The apartment we stayed had lots of coach roaches and the plants were half dead. Looks like nobody waters them. We had no water in the apartment for 1 day and we had to go looking for the security to help get us water. With kids on board after a whole day of walking the city it was pretty stressful. A bottle of water in the apartment on arrival l believe is a no brainer. The place was just bland and no hospitality at all. I would not stay there. Place is too expensive for nothing. We could have easily booked into a 5 Star hotel for the cost and had a better experience. Live and learn. Place is definitely a 2 ⭐⭐.

Although the location is a bit far from essential places like supermarkets,the environs are serene

The showers should be checked on since we had only one shower functioning
