The outdoor spaces were great. The pool was really nice.

We found the check in process challenging to navigate. Every time we entered the complex, we were given a hard time at the gates by security saying we didn't check in. The smell in our rental was absolutely terrible. They used mothballs in all cupboards and storage areas, and the smell was nauseating and gave us headaches. I hope they consider a different method moving forward, it greatly impacted our stay. Several of the dishes were dirty and required a wash before use. There was a cover on the couch that slipped off easily when sat on, and it looked like bird poop stains on the actual couch. The upstairs outdoor area was not as pictured. It was missing a table and part of the couch. We contacted the host about this who said she would be in touch with the property manager to get us something for that area, as it was a big consideration in choosing that spot. Then we never heard from her again. We were excited about the use of the waterslides for our daughter, but on arrival we were told that you have to be 6 years old to use. Disappointing overall.
