The correspondence was good. Staff were always helpful and available when needed.
The apartment needs serious maintenance. The kitchen is smelly, the light switches and electrical outlets are falling apart. The photos do not show the true state of the apartment.

Appartement vraiment à rafraichir,douche dans un état lamentable,toilette dégradé prise de courant dénudé, lit dégradé, l appartement est bien situé mais très mal entretenu,et parlons pas du garage .

Great location, but it's in a very busy road and noisy neighbours
Noisy road and loud neighbours, the worst neighbours ever, we couldn't sleep until after 3am from the loud noise, And 7:30am they start pulling furniture around... Was a leak in the bathroom on the first day when we arrived, and I tried to contact the host so many times, and he completely ignored me. The apartment is falling apart. Anything we touch, it falls... door handles, shower head, balcony door is very dangerous we just opened it once, and towels have stayings on...I complained to the guy who gave me the keys (bamba) he didn't care at all about the situation.

Rooms were clean, enough toiletries, towels, microwave, kitchenette, balcony and coffee machine.

The location is great, you have a direct view of Hassan II mosque (open after 19.30 only) from your balcony. Host met us and was very friendly. It is a proper 2 bed 1 bath flat. There were snacks and fast wifi. The building has underground parking which is hard to get in (for advanced drivers only) but is a real advantage in a city like Casablanca if you came with car.
We have been woken up at 4am by mullah and roosters sounds from street.
And if mullah was expected in Islamic country, roosters in apartment block city center building near main mosque was a surprise. Literally listening roosters from 4am to 9am through trying to sleep.
Also bare in mind road traffic sound is 24/7 and is very loud. Windows are not sound proof.
There is no AC what is mentioned in the description, but it was a cold night and there were no heaters in the flat at all.
Overall shower cabin is dated and needs replacing.

Great location, close to shops, banks, restaurants, cafe and of course the mosque, which meant we were able to pray inside. Waking up to the view of mosque was a delight. Overall comfortable, clean and spacious with underground free parking. Complimentary snacks, water and toiletries were a nice touch. Kids were happy with TV and availability of Netflix and free WiFi.
Found towels to be damp, though host offered to replace them, we just hung them overnight on the clothes rack provided in the balcony. The front door lock would not open with a faulty key but again host promptly replaced with good key. Though only minor, I think some towel hooks or rails would be handy in the bathroom and toilet for when showering to hang clothes/towel.

the close proximity to the masjid, the balcony, two toilets, big living room, the free ample street parking available and all the kitchen facilities.
some furniture is broken, WiFi can be intermittent even though you have your own router and the street is noisy at late night. There is no reception at the bottom, once you get there the security guard will call someone to confirm your arrival and only then let you in the building. what’s I really didn’t like was that he wouldn’t let me check out at 1pm even though I asked him numerous times.

Great view from the balcony
The host was not reachable by phone and he only spole French so we could not communicate. The apartment is worn down with broken furniture and located in a Lie income areal of Casablanca.

Location. Simple check in process. Spacious room. View of the intersection and mosque. Staff. I did not use the kitchen so no comment.
It would be better to have a booklet to share the basic information, such as WiFi, nearby attraction and restaurants. Also I opened the window and the door to balcony briefly, flies and comes in immediately.

Very close to impressive Mosque Hassan

Really lovely, comfortable and clean apartment near the amazing Hassan II Mosque. Came with friends and it was a really good place to call home for a few nights. We were able to use the included Netflix on the TV which was a real bonus after a long day of adventuring.

Very clean, spacious and modern unit. Great views of the Mosque from balcony. Walking distance to Mosque, ocean walkway and the Marina Mall. Washer was a huge plus. I highly recommend it! He was a great host and available if you need anything.
