It was very clean and staff was polite and friendly.

Only 1 lift was working and seen as they are tiny we had to wait a while to get down after check out

I enjoyed my sleep and the bed was super comfy once I was finally in my room.

Checking in was a complete nightmare, the front desk had long lines. There was only one elevator in use, to go both up and down for all guests on all floors, so it took 20 minutes to go from level 3 to ground floor during checkout.

No heating was working in the room for 4 days of our stay, we got given a electric heater but only one socket, really bad service from staff, false info over the phone.

A két liftböl az egyik lift nem működótt, sokat kellett várni a liftre. A személyzet nem volt bizalomgerjesztö. Egyik másik alkalmazott kedves volt, de nem mindegyik.

The hotel is close to Heathrow airport (T2 and T3) and the airport shuttle stops right in-front of the hotel. There is a restaurant located inside the hotel. Friendly staff who are willing to accommodate changes in schedules.

The time it took to prepare the food (which was delicious). I did have to wait for quite a while and so did others.

The hotel was relatively close to Heathrow and easy to reach by public transport. The rooms are quite basic, but fine for one night.

It felt a little uncomfortable arriving late in the evening after dark as a solo female traveller. There were some men hanging out in the entrance area. I am not sure if they were guests of the hotel or not.

Close to airport. Good food and comfortable affordable room.

Good location for Heathrow with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly and well informed on local transport. I would certainly use this hotel again when I fly from Heathrow

L'emplacement et le personnel très gentil Ma 1ere chambre était froide sans chauffage qui fonctionnait mais le personnel à été très réactif et m a donné une autre chambre

J'ai réservé 2 chambres. Ma deuxième était une chambre pour handicapé... Ma belle sœur s'est vu venir 2 fois du personnel à cause de la corde rouge d urgence qui se déclenchait !! Ma belle sœur était dans la salle de bain en train de prendre la douche quand la dame est entrée !! Le lavabo de la salle de bain était au norme handicapé donc très très bas.... Pas d étagères pr poser ses affaires. Ce n'est vraiment pas agréable même pour une seule nuit.

The property was modern and exactly what you pay for and want for a short stay near the airport with the added benefit of the airport bus

It would be amazing if there were extractor fans in the bathroom because there was mild growing on the ceiling because the shower steam had nowhere to go

No closed cupboards/wardrobes to store clothing No place to store baggage as there is no wardrobe No bedside power sockets only USB plugs which is inconvenient as not always guests carry USB plugs for charging Old furnitures The AC/Heating system was dripping that wet my boots No Shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser provided. Only a shower gel is provided which is same for handwash and showers No gym at the facility

Room was okay

The breakfast is not fresh that you request for take away when travelling early. Stale dry left over croissants and patsy this is distasteful for 8 quid.
