The property was very nice and modern.
Staff would not turn on the heat for the hot tub. The pool was freezing cold and not suitable for swimming. If you were an early riser (before 7 am), you would likely have a cold shower. Coffee was not replenished daily in the rooms. No coffee available in the lobby. Staff didn’t seem to care

Pésimo servicio, me hicieron pagar doble la habitación y ahora no me quieren hacer el reembolso. Me dicen que están en temporada baja y que el hotel no tiene el dinero para hacer reembolsos.

Las instalaciones están en excelente estado
No aceptaron la reserva de booking ni la reviso y me hicieron pagar ahí lo q generó una duplicidad , y no resuelven el tema. Aún cuando saben cuántas personas se hospedan insisten en solo darte dos toallas. Falta de atención de su personal de recepción

La alberca y la cama
De todos los que nos atendieron solo 1 si se porto indiferente, los demás super. Que el mesero picó el plato antes de entregarlo

La alberca, solo que estaba sucia.
El personal del turno matutino, no tiene actitud de servicio, atienden bien y resuelven dudas pero no dan el extra. Trate de pedir room service en la mañana y nunca me contestaron, tuve que ir al restaurante. En cambio en el turno vespertino, súper bien, atentos, amistosos, dan el extra, felicidades al segundo turno.

The water temperature in the pool does not have a heater

Location is close to the Marina, boat yard, store and restaurants.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, the food was so so and the pool and spa were cold.

I thought the customer service from Benny , Laurie and Norma Was excellent!
Tuesday the 15th there was construction work going on which made it unbearable to sleep in my room. When pointing this out to management I requested to leave early with one day credit. They informed me this was not duable and apologized for the inconvenience.

Rooms are roomy and nicely decorated.
The night guard chased us out of pool area when we were walking about at night.

I loved it...the room was great the AC never let us down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice. Location was good, we can walk around and right across the street there's restaurant & a OXOX. The Night time in the pool area is a great place to relax and order dinner, beer or just a snack. If I'm ever in San Carlos I'll choose Best Western Plus again.
Nothing much I dislike from this stay. Maybe a better transportation plan. But there's always Uber & the bus. No big deal.

Everything was good just needs a little work on cleaning and some staff weren't very friendly. (Just one )

Breakfast not so good, staff did not handle plates with care. He was not using the mask right, he was just covering his mouth and not his nose.
Room service took too long to give us dinner to our room. We found out later the front desk staff did not report it to the cafeteria as expected and until we called later.
A lady tried to open our door saying that room was assigned to them as well. A very scary moment since her key did work on it. I called reception who gave us a new key. Very disappointing
