Rocky beach is not safe for swimming

Cleaner everyday was great. Good internet. Beautiful views. Easy to get to Patong centre.

The property is run down with skirting boards rotting in the kitchen, I wouldn’t expect that level of finish on an expensive property. The worst part is it is NOT wheelchair accessible which was why we booked it. There are three steep steps to get in and no wheel chair accessible shower. Water is not provided daily which is the case in all other villas we have stayed in. The beach isn’t really a beach it’s just rocks meaning we couldn’t swim and could rarely get down to the beach. There are four huge stairs and a drop to the rocks: this was dangerous for small children. The pool had things swimming in it even after cleaning (looked like tad poles) meaning we didn’t swim. The locks on the property are a complete joke, we struggled everyday to get onto the pool area. The cleaner struggled too. No safety deposit box for valuables. Only one key provided at check in meaning we couldn’t go out separately. There was no oven, only a hob (one ring broken) and a microwave. Overall we were disappointed with our stay in this villa, particularly given the price.
