Tolle Lage. Das Haus sieht von außen nicht so schön aus, hat aber eine gute Ausstattung.

Der Türgriff und das Schloss der Eingangstür waren kaputt. Am Anreisetag hat man und 3 h am Haus warten lassen, bevor wir in das Haus kamen. Das nervt natürlich extrem, wenn um 3 pm Check in ist und man bis 6 pm vor dem Haus wartet, bis jemand kommt, der das Problem mit einem neuen Knauf gelöst hat. Einige Tage später war dann das Schloss der Eingangstür defekt. Ein neues Schloss lag schon im Haus. Wir wurden wieder hängen gelassen, so dass uns eigentlich fast 2 halbe Tage Urlaubsfreuden dafür drauf gingen uns um so einen Mist zu kümmern. Nebenbei hat es auch ne ganze Menge Telefongeld gekostet. Als ich höflich nach einem Vorschlag der finanziellen Kompensation bat, wurde dies genauso höflich ignoriert. Sei es drum. Es gibt drum herum genügend andere Ferienhäuser, die man auch mieten kann. Die Mermaid cove nicht noch einmal. Zumal eine Terasse zur nachmittags Sonne fehlt.

City water was awful

View of pedestrian beach and gulf. Close to beach and jetty. The outside of unit shows its beach location. Inside has been updated. Would rent again. Just giving full info.

The house was very clean and in good shape. It had plenty of towels and cooking tools to prepare meals.

The electric grill wasn't clean. I assume previous guest didn't clean it.

Could update master area, paint and spruce up the exterior! Loud party with live band at the house next door was obnoxious, party goers parked and blocked the street. Grill cooks very slow! Needs replacement.

We liked the location and the comfort of the beds and chairs.

I didn’t like that the staircase was in the back. I didn’t like that there was no ice in the freezer and the dishwasher was broke.
