Die Lage ist wirklich top, erholsam und ruhig. Es ist nicht weit zu laufen nach Volendam an den Hafen und zu der Promenade. Die Größe des Hausboot ist auch völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grundsätzlich war die Sauberkeit ok. Jedoch an einigen Stellen hätte geputzt werden können im Vorfeld. Z. B. waren wir bei unseren Kindern im Zimmer ca. 30 Mücken an der Decke. Die hätte man gerne im Vorfeld entfernen können. Soviele sind bei Jans an einem Tag nicht hineingekommen. Auch der Kühlschrank könnte ausgewischt werden, wenn Reste vorhanden sind. Was auch noch super wäre, wenn man in dem Ordner nachlesen könnte, wie der Fernseher funktioniert bzw. ob es deutsche Sender gibt.

La Marina est magnifique. Le houseboat est très bien aménagé, cocooning. Les arrêts de bus sont à côté. On est au calme, paisible.

Location is accessible to public transport The location is walking distance to the city center but if one wants to take the bus it is also possible. The site is clean and the surroundings are very pet friendly, our dog also enjoyed this place.

If one has a problem with " sea sick" the boat house is not advisable. We didn't have a problem with this so we enjoyed our stay in this boat house.

Beautiful setting in the marina. Lovely kitchen and lounge area and outside seating on the decking.

The beds were awful. The double bed was small. The bunks are for kids under 12 only. If you like sleeping in caravans or mobile homes you find the beds ok.

Beautiful view, the location is great, it’s very comfy inside and out. Parking is nearby. Contactless checkin.
