Pathetic service !!
The hotel has the worst and most pathetic service I get from the hotel The staff as well they manager was in reception they don't have the professionalism to handle the customer
AC not properly work, wash room is very dirty, wifi not working, tv don't have remote even I booked for 2 days and for 2 adult but he refused to me allowed another person ?? another time I have done the new booking bt they no cleaning my room even 4 night I stay in same room with dirty and spoke to managed not given proper responce.... And also they charge 300 for bike washing in an emergency!! ...... Dr booking.com kindly cancel the agreement with this hotel not worth money and also not worth it

Do café da manhã, simples mais muito gotoso. Não sei o que eles colocaram naquele café para ficar tão bom.
Por ser um hotel próximo ao aeroporto, tipo 4km andando, recebe muita gente de madrugada que faz muito barulho e esquecem que tem gente dormindo.

Bed was OK we were on the ground flor
We were on the ground floor and the staff were talking loudly all night so did not get much sleep.

I didn't know what to expect as there are many reviews complaining about staff attitude but my experience was the opposite. Staff was really helpful. Location was great for me as I had to catch early morning flight from I.G.I. Airport.
The room could have been cleaner. Missing remote to TV and aircon.

Clean, hygienic hotel with prompt and courteous staff. Quality food and kitchen is available 24×7. Kettle for making tea and coffee available in the room. No unnecessary disturbance leading to a peaceful and comfortable stay. One of the best budget hotels near Delhi airport!!! 🙂

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr sehr unangenehm. Ich kam um Mitternacht im Hotel an. Das Hotel sieht auf den Bildern sehr gut aus, aber in echt eher unterdurchschnittlich. Bei der Überprüfung meiner Buchung wurde ich einfach in ein anderes Hotel gebracht, ohne das mir der Grund erklärt wurde. Die Fahrt war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. Zwei Männer in einem Kastenwagen haben mich durch enge dunkle und verlassene Gassen („Abkürzung“) ins andere Hotel gebracht. Dort war das Zimmer dreckig, schimmelig und sehr laut. Ich bin auch früher ausgecheckt und hab 12 Std am Flughafen verbracht.
Die Bewertungen sind alle Fake. Am besten kurz nach relevanten Bewertungen auf Google schauen.

The lady in the room next door had her tv turned up loud and there were people shouting in the lobby all hours of the night told the manager on checkout but wasn’t interested

It is clean and reception and staff are helpful.
Rooms are clean.
1. The rooms r smaller as compared to the photo. But it’s fine for one person.
2. Corridors very noisy, I can hear people shouting and even can hear alarm clock buzzer from next room.
3. Photos showed window, but window opens to a wall of next building with birds nesting around.

Nothing tiny rooms
Staff was not friendly charge extra money, mistakenly we give him extra money, he refused to return, very cross with us, then check CCTV, but still he wanna keep the extra money, which is really annoying. Argument a lot at 23:00. Never go back there.

Its location, property is clean not the room and staff is helpful. Good for summer and very short stay for few hours only not for overnight stay.
the room bedding , pillow , towels dirty, there is aircon only for cooling and not for heating , so be ready for cold. Hot is water is not hot.

Very close to the Airport. It’s great when you have a night flight and just want to go straight there to rest. Very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was kind and helped me with all my needs, since is my first time in India.

Good location if need a quick stay near the aiport
Bathroom was dirty, overall the place was not very clean & ordered tea from the kitchen and there was gunk that came out of the teapot

Hardly anything
The room was small, the bed, the pillows and the quilt were very bad. The toilet was very bad and the bath towel provided was not usable. This hotel cannot be rated more than 2 stars. Suggest booking.com to review their star rating.

The room was very dirty, bed sheets weren’t changed - bed linen was discusting with all the stains, I could even see wrenkles on the bed sheet so i know on which side of the bed last guest slept… there were hair under the shower and I had to call the reception to get a towel. There is no restaurant in the hotel and breakfast is served only as room service so we waited over 40min to get it delivered.

Complete frauds
They rate themselves as a 4 star property but worse than a 1 star hotel thugs. They try to shift you to a sister property which is even worse than the original. Never stay in the bye lanes of Mahipalpur it is horrendous

Hotel was advertised as 3-star, but was definitely not. Hotel could definitely have been cleaner; towel (only one supplied) looked dirty. Bathroom/shower facilities could have been better.

Einfach saubere Unterkunft in Flughafennähe. Ruhig, da es in einer Gasse parallel der Hauptstraße liegt. Sehr belebte Gegend, Restaurants und Supermarkt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uber schnell verfügbar, 15min zum Flughafen.

They overbooked and sent us to another cheap hotel and told us that it was their another unit, but it wasn’t.
It was some shady hotel pretty far from the original location.
