The receptionist connects well with the guests making sure they get an exceptional stay. She was caring indeed.

We were not checked checked in despite driving a long distance to get there. We were told the daytime staff gave out our room and they wanted to give us two single rooms yet we had booked Tripple room. The available staff weren’t so helpful either

I have stayed in this property many times and I always come back.
This time I had some issues regarding the rooms I booked since I was given other rooms when I got there. I also got some issues with the laundry since our clothes were wet when we received them and they did not smell very well. Fortunately, the rooms were changed after some hours and the girl of the laundry tried to dry our clothes with the iron because the weather was really bad.

Breakfast was OK. Location is very far from CBD. Dont book here if you need to move a lot
Lights were off often and even though there was a back-up generator, the manager seemed to think that we really did not need lights all through

Room Service staff maybe, though they wanted me to go collect the menu myself.
Everything was horrible right from front desk reception, i had to figure out where reception was right from my arrival. To make matters worse, after presenting my booking confirmation email, he still continued asking me useless questions. There was no power in the property and i couldn't contact using the internal hotel phones meaning i had to walk down and look for whoever i wanted. Again i noticed some staff filming guest rooms through the balcony 😲 😱 no mosquito net! I really thought i was going to a nice place
