Almost everything. The location the cleanliness the kitchen and all the things to use. I almost didn't have to bring anything.but personal items.

Lighting inside, not enough. The beds could have been a lot sturdier.

A perk is no cleaning fee, although it shows. dishes were dirty and many still in dishwasher, towels in drier, coffee still in coffee pot, under the bed was dirty, We also had property stolen. Two laptops, a computer bag, a pair of shoes and a make up bag. Host was kind at first but never followed up.

the backyard was amazing, it was quiet. Owner was very accommodating, and kept in contact with us with the ac issue.

the beds were a bit too firm for me, the ac wasn’t working initially, but the owner got right on it and had it fixed relatively quickly.

it was a house ( duplex) and was spacious and well equipped. comfortable beds living room and outdoor space. easy entry and lots of coffee for our stay.

There were no directions to reconnect internet when winds appeared to cause us to lose use outdoors.
