Hosts promised us linens, and towels. We were traveling from US and weren't bringing sheets and towels. In spite of the description when you are looking to book, those are NOT included, and they don't tell you until after you pay the NON refundable price. Nice surprise right. So i contacted them, explained our situation and WAS told we'd have sheets and towels provided. But we didn't get them on arrival. Door code was not provided in any clear way. it was a hidden number buried into the address and we got lucky guessing that that was it. The place is hard to find since the address doesn't exist in Apple or Google maps. I had to ask construction workers in the area who were also not sure, but they helped sort it out in the end. Just a rotten stay due to the lack of customer service and no beds or showers to use. I tried contacting them on arrival 6 different times via 3 different methods. NEVER got a response, not even 2 weeks later. So be warned if you expect linens, towels or communication if you have issues.
