Buffet breakfast was nice. We were bit late for breakfast and almost most of the items were finished. Staff did replenish them upon request. Location was very nice. On the outskirts of Karjat City at pleasant location.

The room offered was tiny not worth the amount paid. Walls were damp, TV remote didn’t work properly. Few ceiling lights weren’t working, no towels were not available and had to request them. Requested for room change but was informed that the property is full and some rooms were under maintenance.

Booked Deluxe room with balcony for 2 nights but checked out after 1st night. Cons: 1. Small rooms with no exhaust fan in bathroom, making the rooms smelly and damp 2. Resort is located next to brickyard and our balcony was straight in front. The smoke and smell blew directly in the room. Dont know why they'd plan to keep balcony rooms facing this side. 3. There was a party going on in one of the rooms on our floor around 2 a.m. during our stay. We were getting annoyed with all the noise because the room walls were so thin. We called reception several times to send someone to speak with that group, but no one showed up. Finally, me and another person went to that room and asked them to turn down the music. 4. I had requested for arranging a birthday cake and had agreed on the the charges, however they just forgot to arrange it :/ I mean if you cant arrange just say it upfront. Pathetic. Pros Good sitout area near the pool. Although the river next to it is ugly green and covered with dirt.

WORST B.F. EXPERIENCE. TIME TILL 10.30AM AND WE REACHED AT 10.20 AM, EVERYTHING VANISHED AT THE STOKE OF 10.30 W/O ANY NOTICE. SO CUD HARDLY EAT ANYTHING.

THEY CUDVE INFORMED US THAT ITS TIME TO WIND UP SO WE SHUD TAKE WHATEVER WE WANTB4 ITS WOUND UP

The food and the staff are good and very helpful. The Restaurant Manager Mr Naveen and his Team are worth-mentioning (Go out of the way to assist).

The entire Hotel needs a very good House-keeping staff. The flooring in the Rooms and open areas are clean but the Premises including the Restaurant near the River needs a complete overhaul cleaning. Cob-webs are a complete NO-NO in any Hotels, My next visit, I do not want to see any Cob-webs in ceiling OR walls, especially in the Restaurant and outside in the Glass-windows in the River-side. As the Resort has lot of open area and trees, frequent fumigation for mosquito menace is recommended. The SURABHI Restaurant should serve A LA CARTE Break-fast. Jai Hind

The rooms we received at 4.30 pm where as our check in time was 2 pm, no views at all, rooms were not cleaned properly,

Facilities were below par, bathroom flush didn't work, bathroom was stinky, soiled pillow case, one light didn't switch off throughout the night

Average.upma,poha was pathetic.it could have been better. Service on 2nd day was lacking

Rooms poorly equipped. Not one decent table to keep items .even setup box hanging on tv .no waste paper basket in the room no proper tray for tea and kettle but charges were very high for the service.such a big facility but nothing for the drivers
