The home has a spacious layout with a kitchen in the center of the home along with a sprawling family room and living room along with a large main bedroom with attached en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. Outdoors, guests can enjoy our sprawling amenities including a heated pool and spa. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Bring along 1 or 2 dogs, 40 pounds or less, and non-shedding, at no additional fees. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 25 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
