Nestled in Sauble Beach, this charming cottage for $390 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Escape with friends and family to our charming Cottage, conveniently situated just minutes from Sauble Beach. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the nearby Provincial Park and its scenic trails. Our goal is to make your stay unforgettable, offering top-notch amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, free parking, and an array of exciting activities. Relax, unwind and create lasting memories in our cozy cottage away from home. 10 Min Walk to the Beach 5 Min Walk to the Marina 15 Min Walk to the Provincial Park In addition to our 2 bedroom (Double Beds), we have 2 futons located in the basement, which can accommodate extra guests. One of the best features of our cottage is the two family rooms, both equipped with smart TVs with access to Netflix. You can enjoy your favorite shows and movies with your loved ones or have a movie night with popcorn and snacks. The cottage also boasts a spacious backyard with a BBQ, which comes with propane, so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for gathering around and sharing stories and s'mores with friends and family. *Please note that wood is not provided.* For the active types, we have a basketball net, perfect for a friendly game of hoops. Or, if you prefer something more leisurely, you can set up a game of Badminton. In case of rainy days, the basement has plenty of indoor entertainment, including board games and a foosball table. Overall, our cottage provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Sauble Beach. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of paradise! (Outdoor patio furnishings and picnic table available 1st of June to the end of October) Fire pit is available all year round! We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family. We gladly welcome ONE well-behaved dog per visit for a small fee of $50. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. We were impressed with everything but especially the big bathroom and having towels and toilet paper already there. The beds were very comfortable. The basement was also very nice and big. I truly appreciated the communication with the owners throughout our stay. Will rent again for sure.

Our cottage stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The area was quiet and made for a restful stay. The only issue we had was with the disposal of our garbage, driving 5km in the opposite direction and paying a fee to drop off one bag of garbage. Garbage removal should have been included given the nightly rate we were charged.

This was my first time staying in North Sauble and it was so peaceful compared to the main Sauble area. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to all the attractions. The cottage was just perfect with a great yard and room downstairs to relax after a day of hiking and beaches. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for opening your vacation home to me and my dog. We loved our time there.

The cottage is easy to access, nice area allowing fast access to main Sauble Beach area (by car ideally, but also accessible with a 20min walk ). In a nice charming neighborhood, with water view just down the street, great relaxing morning walks with our dog. The place had everything we needed and more, with volleyball net and various balls, frisbee and toys. Furnitures and carpet could use a little refresher or deep cleaning however, but I assume that this is to be expected when accepting dogs, which was very important to us. Owners were responsive and helpful when needed. All in all a great stay

The property has a yard that is private - great to play outdoor games and have an outdoor fire. It was nice to enjoy some quiet time.

I don't usually spend my time on reviews but this time I felt it was appropriated, in the last day and minute.
I was never treated with disrespect, to be clear, it was just overall inconvenient.
Every step we would take in the property there would be a message by the owner telling us about rules, rules and rules, big brother is watching you.
Once again, everything is organized and in place, I love that for my life, MY life.
Having a property to share and MAKE MONEY, means that you shouldn't be stalking people neither make them uncomfortable by texting all the time, people wants to RELAX not talk to the owner.
AND to finished well, today, in the last day of review, I received a charge? 100 CAD for a net that was in the property that I haven't used but took it out of the way as my parents are over 60 and have a daughter 1.5, felt that could be dangerous for them to trip.

Absolutely beautiful location, clean and super cozy! Stunning and close walking distance to nice areas. You can tell there is immense pride of ownership! Everything you need for a relaxing experience!

A nice, clean cottage space, with lots of games and leisure activities on the property to keep busy on days where the beach itself isn't an option. Outdoor seating area was especially nice. Hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
A few more specific notes for people considering renting here: I found the beds to be surprisingly firm -- which might be a selling-point or not depending on your tastes. I'm used to vacation rentals having Ikea beds with half-broken slats that leave you sinking into the middle all night, so I didn't mind having the support. Also if you are sensitive to scents there are two automatic air fresheners that go off at regular intervals, but given how accommodating the owners were I bet if this is an issue for you they would probably be happy to do something for you there. The last note is that the principal dining space is outside on the deck, but the coffee table in the main room pops up and there are tables in the basement for days when eating outside isn't an option. :)
All around it's a cute place and we really liked it.

So happy we stayed at this place for our vacation in Sauble Beach! Private and quiet location for relaxing and still quick to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Jerome and Catherine were easy to reach and quick to reply to our questions and provide assistance. We enjoyed the large front deck, fire pit, and sitting area outside. Lovely furnished and decorated rooms, clean and so well organized throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and soft white sheets, duvets and extra pillows. We appreciated the convenient coded entry for the front door too. We really had a nice stay here and felt so well taken care of by the effort and thoughtfulness that was obviously taken to set up this cottage

The best cottage that I've ever stayed in. It was clean, very comfortable, modern and cute. Loved the labeling to help the newcomer in the cottage. Organization of the kitchen is excellent.
The only thing that would have helped would have been a tea towel to dry the dishes after air-drying and before putting them into the storage shelves. Other than that it was a marvelous cottage. Thank you for the experience, Sean and Catherine.

We loved the location of this cottage! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding and a large bathroom. As a bonus feature, there is a large games room in the basement. On our way out we ran into Sean J. and Catherine, they were very kind and friendly. We would rent here again!

Awesome place with all the essentials you need! 5 mins away from the beach! Went up as a couple but that place can support a large family!
Went up on the winter time to escape the busy city! Need to learn how to snowmobile!
