Property was hard to access with the code. Parking is a nightmare. Bathrooms were in poor condition. Master shower door does not work, water drains on to the floor. Shower valve ineffective and flow was so poor took way too long to wash your hair and body. Other bathroom shower flow is very poor. Wi-Fi did not work, so no TV over Christmas. Had to use our own cell connection to watch tv on our phones.
Dishwasher door leaks. Washer and dryer had sand in both.coolers had a coating of sand and went and bought a broom to clean up.
Never recommend this property!!
Property was always sorry but did not fix anything.
Expected a fun Christmas at the beach but got a terrible experience.

The house is in a great spot and has a great layout unfortunately needs a lot of tlc. The shower door in the master was missing the handle which made it very tricky to keep the door closed. There was no trash can in the bathroom just a rust ring on the floor where it use to be. Visible stains on the rugs in the master and living room. They looked like they have not been shampooed in awhile. The house overall just did not feel clean. With a little cleaning and maintenance this house would be fantastic.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The location was great and the house worked out nicely for our needs. The kitchen is large and updated. The big sliding doors to the balcony are fun and the hot tub was a plus. Some minor issues, we couldn’t get the air condition units to work, but that could have been user error. The couch is very uncomfortable and there is a big window between the dining area and master bedroom that could use a better shade (you can still see through it). Overall, the place was lovely and we’re glad we stayed here!

My 5 grandchildren and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were all completely delighted with the appearance of the home (just like the photos!) the condition (excellent!) and the location (grandchildren ranged in age from 16-25), and they were able to be on the bay beach each within seconds, and at the ocean in minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Easy pick up for Uber when we wanted to venture further. Management was excellent, communication 5 stars too! We would definitely return!

This property fully fit our needs! The pictures accurately portray what the condo was like. It had a fully stocked kitchen which made staying in/cooking easy. We loved that is was just a short walk to Mission Beach. The bay view was peaceful and quiet. We were able to park in the garage and walk for all of our entertainment needs. We would definitely consider booking again for next summer!

Very nice area that more private and quieter. Very relaxing and the house feel bigger than it seems. We enjoyed our weekend with family.

What a great place! This place has such a beautiful view where you can watch the sun set and rise. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The beds are very comfy, and the host is so accommodating. I would come back here to stay again and would really recommend it.

We walked down the board walk to Hottubcruisin boat rentals and enjoyed a pontoon boat with a jacuzzi. It was perfect! Will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back!

Great Stay
I loved our stay! Great set up with enough rooms to fit my family including my 86 year old parents and my 90 year old mother in law. Beautiful views and the place was advertised pretty true. I loved the openness and space.
Randi was extremely responsive when I called with questions and requests. I would come again!!!

Great location on Mission Bay, quick walk to Mission Beach. The manager Randy was extremely helpful. A few appliances needed some TLC , along with construction going downstair caused a lot of dust and debris. Beautiful large sliding doors that open to the deck was definitely a plus. Hot tub and fire pit on the common patio was a nice way to relax in the evening.

Great location with a beautiful view. Only downside was the couch. For a place advertised to fit 10 people there’s not enough room on that couch. And it was actually the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on.

Very happy with the rental overall. It’s modernized and remodeled. It’s away from the busy areas so it’s quiet and safe. We had three cars and parking in the adjacent lot was close and easy. The property manager was communicative and responsive. The place would have been a bit cleaner (towels had stains, the floors turned clean white socks brown, shower could have been cleaner) and the trash can cabinet doesn’t close which was annoying but not a huge deal. I would recommended staying.
