The location was nice, not right on Broadway but we were just passing through so it wasn't a big deal for us. The condo itself wasn't very clean, and the floors were still wet when we walked in. That wasn't a big deal but the place smelled like old mop water and there were crumbs on the couch. The beds were rock-hard and very uncomfortable, just expected more from the photos. We stayed during the week so we got a good deal IMO, especially considering the size of the place but I looked at this place on the weekend and it was 4x what we paid. I would not pay that much for this place, but I would pay what we paid to stay during the week again, especially if you have a large group like we did.

We comfortably slept our large family in this beautiful apartment it is mostly accessable to those with handicap there are a few steps out front which were a bit of an issue. Parking was a nightmare as we were there for the fourth of July and it was very busy in that area. There are no assigned parking spots. Convenient spots located at the back door are $20 per day per vehicle. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We arrived around 9:30 at night and discovered our linen was unwashed on 2 of the 4 beds (blood on it and full of hair!!!!). I really liked that they had an app I was able to chat with someone to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately it wasn’t resolved until noon the next day! Luckily our entire group hadn’t arrived the first night so we split the bedding from the open bed. Other than this, the stay was enjoyable and we liked the location by Music Row. It was quiet in the area and not far from everything. There were 3 floors, lots of stairs but there is an elevator so that was nice. Would’ve liked more seating in the living room area but we made due. Price was good.

Excellent property. Wheelchair access as advertised (thank you). A few suggestions: Need for closet on main floor - no place to hang or lay out clothes; repair desk on 2nd floor bedroom-front entry side - left side panel very loose; door handle to 1st floor elevator missing a screw; small honeycomb on deck - just right of corner light facing front entry side with active small stingers; MORE hand towels and wash clothes. THANKS. (P.S. Please convey these to Sonder - I accidently deleted their request to review).

Need to include pictures of the handicap accessible bath and list that there is an elevator. Great property. Only one thing, the vanity in the handicap is not set up for a wheelchair. There is no way for them to roll up to the sink. If handicap is not needed this property is still a great property. Almost quiet neighborhood (construction, but that is all over the city). Easy parking, great location to all things.

The place it self was very clean and very nice. Our family enjoyed the space with three levels and multiple bathrooms. The doors in the home are very light weight and cheap. The neighbors or people downstairs were very loud both nights we were there and the windows didn’t block much. The house only had 5 wash rags total and 9 towels. The master shower had no shower curtain at all.
