Beautiful vacation house in a great location tucked away on a quite cult a sac, with state game lands across the street. Our kitchen is stocked and includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, stove/oven and utensils. If you must to laundry while on vacation we have a full size brand new washer/ dryer for your convenience. Air conditioner in main room, ceiling fan in the loft makes for comfortable settings all year round. Outdoor Fire pit to roast marshmallows or make s'mores 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a loft with a futon offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8. 1st floor bedroom- queen 2nd floor bedroom- 1 full bed, 1 twin bed 2nd floor bedroom- queen bed Loft- futon sleeper Large new dining area with seating for 6 perfect for family dining and gatherings. 2 decks available for grilling, relaxing or taking in the clean mountain air. There is so much to do in arrowhead lakes. Swimming, fishing,tennis, volleyball, horse shoe pits, picnics, and boating just to name a few. Swim in one of 3 pools in our gated community! The chatcow pool is a short walk from our home. Arrowhead lake community is conveniently located a short drive Kalahari, Great Wolf indoor water park, h2000 water park, mount airy casino, jack frost ski slopes, Pocono raceway, paint ball, horseback riding,golfing, hiking the crossings outlets, Camel Back ski slopes, Camel Back beach, zip lining, white water rafting, restaurants and so much more. We have tons of pamphlets on what the surrounding community has to offer! Call or email me and I can help you plan an amazing vacation for the entire family. We were looking for very quiet weekend getaway, preferably in a "cabin in the woods", away from the hustle bustle. We got it with this home. It had everything we needed, and the communication with Jessica and her husband were exceptional. We had everything we needed and more. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice location to JFBB. House was nice but lacking essentials in the kitchen.....had to go out and buy trash bags....just an empty box was left under the sink...make sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. Very limited bowls, cups and silverware.

Nestled in beautiful Arrowhead Lake. We had a blast in the community room, playing air hockey, pool and ping pong. Relaxing in front of the fireplace playing cards, watching movies. The house was just what we wanted! Just my husband (50 &56 yrs. old) and I and our 2 fur babies!

The house is on a quiet road… which was great for the kids to play. The house is isn’t the cleanest and definitely needs to be updated but served the purpose.

We love Arrowhead Lake community for the summer vacation and this time the stay was as great as usually.The property had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive. The location was great and within walking distance to pools and lake. Will definitely consider for another year.

We love that it is at the end of street and a field across from the house. We got to see deer every morning and bike ride to the lake. Campfires out back and full kitchen to make our own meals. We will be back next year.

Only able to sleep at property due to work obligations but after being stuck outside in a rain storm the fireplace felt so good.
Place was very clean and very nice. Front step needs to be fixed as there’s only half a step there. Other than that everything was great.

I had the worst experience with this property owner.I made a reservation online for 25 december 2022 on 24th for family and friends. Just after making the reservation found that due to the bad weather condition in upstate NY (it can be checked online for the time period) our travel was not possible. Called the phone number of the owner many times just after 5 minutes of my booking without any response. I left message to cancel the reservation. Also left a written message to the owner. No response anything till date and no refund issued. Never had seen any owner not responding on this platform which shows the arrogance of the owner. Everyone should be cautious and stay away from this property. VRBO should avoid such properties listing on their platform. Will definately complain this to VRBO.

Booked home for a surprise birthday gift for my wife and her 4 sisters- it was a wonderful experience for her and special time with all of her sisters. The place was just right for their experience; it was cozy and a solid place for them to spend a special weekend together. Thank you to Jessica

The lodge was very dirty. so many dust bunny under the bed and in all the corners, mold in the shower,chips and dirty socks in the rooms. We rented the lodge for Thanksgiving and was so disgusted to cook in the oven. The oven was so dirty and greasy. The lack of cleanliness was absurd.
The towels smelled like dog and the kids stepped on so many dog feces in the back yard. I didn't even have the kids take a shower because the shower filty. Paid over $800 for a horrible stay. Never again. I will not suggest this location

My family and I had an amazing time! Jessica was an amazing host and helped me through the process of getting temporary membership to stay in the community at arrowhead lake. My family and I did activities at the lodge and everyone loved it! The house was comfortable and had more than enough space for myself, my husband, our 3 boys and our black lab. So much to see and do! We will be staying here again!(:

We was very exited to hiking all around the area, we just used the house to sleep, we noticed the control remotes has no batteries, so, we not even worried about because we didn't need it, now we got a phone call from the owner about a tv destroyed. My kids and wife was so tired after long hikings, no one, even my self noticed any damages. We have long history of staying in different hotels all around the country and different countries, and we never even do any damages to someone else property. No hotel has our name on blacklist or something. This is the first time we tried to do something different, and the first time someone is trying to make my family as a trouble makers. Really a bad experience

Myself and 7 friends stayed here. We enjoyed the community lake and local attraction (trail horseback riding). It was a nice weekend getaway, Jessica (host) was very responsive, and the listing was an accurate representation of the place. Would book again!

In the summer time my family (7) spent vacation in pocono, and this house is not in good conditions : price isn’t what it says, derty we had to clean, not air conditioning in the second floor.

The house looks good on line, its a lot smaller very dirty, musty ,and very worn needs to be cleaned and need painting . Dirty socks found in couch. RENTED PROPERTY FOR 5 DAYS SPENT ONE NIGHT AND LEFT AFTER FIRST NIGHT.

I loved that this property was on a dead end road, very quiet and peaceful. Our host was very professional. Inside of the house was fairly clean except for the floors. We had to mop the whole house. The air conditioner was very loud. There was plenty of sheets and towels available. Overall, the house did the job. Just wish the fees were lower!

My family, pets and I had a great time in this place. The house was cozy, comfortable and safe. I tent to get arthritis pain at night, but not here. The temperature upstairs was warm enough for me to have a good night sleep. The air condition in the first floor with strong enough to cool the entire place. Everything we needed was accessible to us. We stayed for two days, but if it wasn't for a prior commitment that I had, I would have stay for more days.

For the price this house is great. It’s not 💯 perfect but it’s a place to stay. Jessica responded quickly and was so nice. There were some issues but not enough to cry about. I would come back
