The renovations on this place were amazing. It is spacious, the HVAC, plumbing and parking were great. It was perfect for the weekend, but has long term potential because of the space and the fantastic kitchen. In the top places for the year.

We booked this house a year in advance of our daughters college graduation. We could not have been more pleased with the how immaculate the house was. There were nice added touches throughout the house. Snacks in the kitchen, water bottles in the fridge, mints with our folded towels on our beds and shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower! The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner was amazingly accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful little house.

Really enjoyed staying here, Jason was very good at communicating, place was really clean and perfect for what we needed.

We were in town for a concert and the location was great. The home was exactly as depicted in the pictures and we all agreed that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Made bacon, eggs & toast for breakfast and all cooking tools needed were available and easily found. Jason was prompt with all communication before the stay. The yard of the house next door wasn't very well-kept, but we didn't feel unsafe in the area at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space. Neighborhood was older but pretty quiet. Rental had all we needed for our stay. Owner was very accommodating!

We stayed at the property for our son’s opening weekend of baseball at North Carolina A&T. It was about a mile from the field so extremely convenient. The place looked like it was just remodeled and very clean. We were provided with all the amenities you would need for traveling. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We would stay again.
