Only two blocks from the beach, this charming vacation rental has everything you need for your next getaway! This idyllic gem has been updated with a front-loading LG washer/dryer. With an open floor plan, the living area, dining area, and kitchen make for great entertaining or group dinners. The primary bedroom offers a beautiful view of the lush green grass through sliding glass doors. The high-speed WiFi is perfect for working, virtual school, or streaming services. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. City/town permit:RRDP-000669-2022 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. The home was clean and well appointed. Thee properly is located in a good location close to everything. We would stay again when vacationing in this area.

This condo was awesomely equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation for a family of six. A beach wagon to pull toys, towels and sunscreen on a short walk to the ocean! Five stars to the homeowner!

We love the setting in Forest Ridge and this unit is wonderful. Beautiful placement on the property, well appointed, extremely clean and quiet. A quick walk to the beach and looks like a nature preserve. We'll be back A+++++

As advertised! Very nice
Check in and check out were the most effortless I've ever encountered. Kitchen was loaded with every dish, pot, pan, and utensil we could have needed.

Quiet nice neighborhood not far from everything
Only thing I would have Iiked better would be more parking we had tow vehicles and on parking pass. Not much extra parking

Nice condo
Check-in was easy. We expected more visitor parking to be available and closer to the condo in which we stayed but everything worked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, with an easy 5 min walk to the beach.

The refrigerator did not work properly and smelled of fish. The dryer did not work properly until maintenance fixed it. The AC took 48 hours to catch up once we checked in. Very well decorated and comfortable condo. There is a nosy neighbor. Would stay again.

Forest Ridge was excellent stay! Our daughter’s wedding was in Callahan which was a 40min drive so staying at the beaches was fantastic 😍 The pool was clean and also a good option for just relaxation. We were close to all other family’s&!guests. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. In the pre-pics it showed a twin bed which was not an option for the number of sleeps it provided. The outside table is a bit rusty but beach air will do that. It was an overall great time for us! Thank you. We are from Florida.

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. The condo is well-appointed, in a great location close to the beach and shopping. It's comfortable and well-appointed, with a pool right across the parking lot. Truly a gem that we look forward to enjoying in the future. Thank you!

We love staying in Forest Ridge, it's right next to the beach. Great property, we were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds.

The property is tired. It’s in a great location. When we checked in they gave us a placard to hang from our car rearview. We had two days left of our vacation and someone else was parking in our spot. When we called we were told to park in the visitor spot. The kitchen is nice the appliances were great the living room needs different furniture. It’s not comfortable. They didn’t give us any beach towels and didn’t alert us that we needed to bring them. I was turning the light off in the bathroom by the shower and brushed against the towel rack and it fell apart. They went cheap on the toilet paper To the point where we went and bought our own. Somebody had previously broken couch leg in the back right. I went to sit on the couch and fell backwards. We asked for late check out and were told that was just fine for 1215. We went out for brunch came back at 11:50 and we’re locked out of the apartment and in a rush to get to the airport. It’s got potential but it needs work on the furniture.
