Enter by way of private, outdoor living area through a garage-style door opening directly into a full-size wet bar equipped with a gourmet range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy al fresco dining while having all the conveniences of the kitchen within arms reach! Four, loft-style sleeping spaces can be found on this level. To the right a king bedroom with a private balcony and sliding barn door that opens to the great room. A bunk ladder ascends to an upper loft with a queen bed. A shared, outdoor deck provides stunning water views and connects the loft bedrooms on either end of the home. These spaces feature a regular bed with twin trundle on the lower loft and a twin with twin trundle on the upper loft. A full bathroom and a half-bath/laundry room are also located on this floor. The lower, main living level is a great central gathering place, with a gourmet island kitchen and an eight-seater dining table. This floor features two bedrooms. A primary bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and an attached full bath. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared, full bath. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
