Your two-bed, two bath extra large private apartment in quiet neighborhood has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, dining, living room, family room, and washer and dryer in the unit. This space is priced for two people. You'll have a designated parking spot just in front of your private entrance and porch. There is a TV with Fire stick streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double bed. The huge fenced back yard is also yours to use, and shared with the residents in the other units. This is a pet friendly property, and the adjoining unit has two mix breads that have proven to be friendly to other animals and share the back yard space nicely. This is a two-story unit with one bedroom, bathroom, and living room upstairs and the other bed, bath, and family room downstairs. This is a large two bedroom with some great features including multiple skylights, in-floor heating, Direct access to the fenced backyard from a back door, large deck with access off living room and new flooring and remodeled kitchen. Self-check in with a lock box, so late check-in is not a problem. You'll be given the lock box code a few days prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We will offer you early check-in and late check-out options if it's available, a couple days before your arrival/departure for a fee of $50. Sluice Box is conveniently located in the Mendenhall Valley 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 2.5 miles from the airport (25 min bus ride), 2 miles from the famous Mendenhall Glacier, 4.5 miles from the University of Alaska, and 10.5 miles from Downtown Juneau.
