About this house rental
Welcome to Royal Fortune! Our beautifully crafted home is on a private street with 4BR/4.5BA. Includes porches in the front and back (screened), plus a balcony. Inside is a large fully equipped kitchen with gas range and stainless steel fixtures. Master on the first floor with spacious bathroom (double sink, glass door shower and soaker tub). Three bedrooms on second floor, each with their own bathroom. Landing on second floor is a great place to relax and read, look at the NOAA maps and vintage encyclopedias and take yourself to another time and place. The private salt water pool is perfect to take a dip in on a hot Georgia day or relax on the lounge chairs. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a trip to East beach. Attached garage includes some games to pass the time. We are a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. On the way you’ll pass Ocean Motion which has bike, kayak rentals and Crabdaddys which has amazing food, and the historic King & Prince Resort. Approximately 0.9 miles to the Village which features restaurants, bars and shops. Please note: 2 Dogs under 50 lbs. welcome for a pet fee of $150 for one and $225 for two. Streaming services available with personal logins only. Beach Gear Credit Included! Covenant has proudly partnered with a beach gear delivery service, VayKLife, to add even more value for our guests. Book a participating Covenant vacation rental with a length of stay between 3-14 nights, arriving between March 1st and October 31st, and you’ll receive an exclusive beach gear credit! Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. Layout and flow of house were great- plenty of room for gathering together or spending alone time (2 toddlers & 7 adults). Loved the porches. Access to beach was quick. Pictures of pool a bit deceiving-more the size of larger spa. Cute, secluded space however.

The home is extremely clean, had everything you needed, and was beautiful! Loved the pool. When I got up the first morning the Keurig was not working. Within an hour the management company dropped off a new Keurig!! Seriously, who does that?! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit. I would stay at this home again!

This house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family get together. Everyone was comfortable and could find a spot to relax. They didn't have much in the way of cleaning supplies for wiping counters and such so you may want to bring your own. The location was terrific and the check in information was easy to understand. We all enjoyed our stay.

Eight adult family members were very comfortable in this large modern house with lots of bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen was appreciated by some serious cooks. We enjoyed all our meals “at home.” Hope to be back.

The property is gorgeous, lots of space, beautiful house, and the property manager (Pan) was genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Loved St. Simons and Jekyll Island
Great neighborhood and a very responsive owner and property manager. They took care of anything we needed. Highly recommend this property. Walking distance to great restaurants and a an easy golf cart ride to a nice sandy beach. (We also took a trip to Jekyll Island and loved the Driftwood Beach.)

House is beautiful, new, and clean. Picked this property due to the pool. The only negative was it was dirty when we arrived and I didn’t hear back from the owners. I had to reach out to the management company and they were excellent. The owners were prompt in getting back to me on everything else. Location was perfect for us to ride into town for dinner, breakfast, and desserts. The keurig came in handy. Kitchen looked great but we didn’t cook. Had a little wine/ bar room but we didn’t use that either. Had lots little touches like Bose system, TVs in every room, ect, and xfinity. We only used the TV downstairs though. Parking was very accessible and a garage full of beach/ pool supplies which we didn’t use those either. House is set up for anyone flying in that can’t bring all their own supplies. Rare find off the beaten path and look forward to staying again.

Wonderful find near East Beach
Great house in East beach. A short drive to the ocean. The house is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfy. We will definitely return to this gem the next time we are on SSI.

We visited for my daughter's 16th birthday along with some family and friends. The house was beautiful and INCREDIBLY spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was very convenient to downtown and the beach. We had a great time!

Wonderful Weekend!
We visited for my daughter's 16th birthday along with some family and friends. The house was beautiful and INCREDIBLY spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was very convenient to downtown and the beach. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay!
Needed curtains in the upstairs rooms for privacy and blocking out early morning sun. Also beds upstairs were very low to the floor and seemed smaller than queen. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Experience
This is the perfect getaway for St Simon's Island. The property is in excellent condition. The location is superb - right off Demere and a short walk to the beach or restaurants. Fiddler's is a 5 minute walk! Plenty of space for multiple people (3 large rooms, 1 room with comfortable bunk beds). Amenities at the house were great as well! The private pool in the backyard was the greatest experience as we spent most of our time there. The only complaint from anyone in our party was a lack of curtains in the bedrooms - that bright sun makes it hard to sleep at times! Overall great experience and would come back here without a doubt! 5/5 Stars!

Excellent Quick Trip wish we stayed longer
This was an excellent short trip. Brian and Katy are excellent hosts. They were very accommodating since we had never been to St. Simon before. We will stay there again.

Perfect home - wish it was mine!!
This house is the perfect rental. Beautiful, very clean, lots of light and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool and screened porch in the back. Short trip to best beach on the island. Short ride into town. Definitely recommend!!!

A Great Time in St Simon
We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. There was 10 people in our group and we never felt crowded, With 5 adults, 4 teens and 1 10 year old. The pool is actually alittle bit larger than pictured and the 5 kids enjoyed it completely. This was our first house rental (usually do a condo) and was not disappointed.
