At the front of this home is an amazing screened-in porch with plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing. Inside you'll find a cozy main living area with relaxed setup for easy entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly together. Use the charcoal grill located at the back of the home to grill up some of your BBQ favorites. The crisp white kitchen has everything you need to prepare both the coziest home-cooked meal and the quickest little beach snacks. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and another bedroom is upstairs. Off this 2nd floor bedroom is a balcony where you're sure to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. You'll be surrounded by nature with large mature trees and plenty of blue skies. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
