Private Pool with Heated Spa. (NOTE: there is a fee associated with heating the spa that must be paid prior to stay. Spa fee $20/day for the months of May-Oct. or $40/day for the months of Nov-April. The spa heats to 102 degrees from 4p-11p when enabled. The spa is unable to be heated outside hours listed) PROPERTY MAINTNENCE INFORMATION: Pool Service is done weekly, they arrive every Friday morning before 0800 Monthly Landscaper works on this property the third Thursday of each month. We had a wonderful weekend away here. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub each day/evening. I do wish it was controlled by a dial so we could use it in the mornings if we wanted to rather than having it heated from 2 PM - 10 PM (when we weren't there until after 8 some days). However, I wouldn't even call the a problem. The host was wonderful. He was very helpful with any questions we had. The only thing I would tell renters is to make sure you lock the back doors. Apparently we forgot to lock the master door one night (our fault, I know!) and we woke up in the middle of the night to our bedroom door open. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for us! The bedrooms had comfy beds, the bathrooms were very clean with nicely stocked linens. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Check in & out was easy. We'd definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We were in North Phoenix for a sporting event and this house was a convenient drive on the north 101 loop to the venue. Based on the listing, our expectations were high, and we weren’t disappointed. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and close to several good restaurants. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We all had a great family trip to Arizona. The house was clean and well kept. The pool was a lot of fun. My Son never wanted to leave the pool.. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Communication with Nate was easy and very friendly. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was a great stay. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was very enjoyable. The nieghborhood was quiet and we enjoyed many walks. The water cooler was an extra surprise bonus. Nate was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed everything about this stay in Arizona.

Older home that’s been well-maintained. The pool was located in a private, fenced yard, so we had a private, tranquil experience. The home was very clean and well stocked. We did have to buy our own dishcloths, as there weren’t any, but that was a very minor issue. The spare queen bed was comfortable but quite low, so my older mother in law had a little trouble getting up in the mornings. I would highly recommend this rental, and we’d love to rent it again for future trips. Thanks, Nathan, for providing a safe and beautiful place for us to relax.

This was such a great stay. First from the booking process, Nathan was very communicative and accommodating. Once the booking was completed, I received a very thorough email with all the check-in instructions. It was very accurate and informative. Throughout the stay any questions or requests I had was responded to right away. The home was clean upon check-in and had all the cleaning items, dishes, utensils, appliances, towels, and sheets needed for the duration of the stay. Their home is very nicely laid out and creatively decorated. There were many elements that made it more like home, for example plenty of throw blankets in the living area (the AC was strong), games for all ages, and popsicles in the freezer. My kids loved the basketball game and it was nice to see them all playing together. My only cons would be the parking situation since there is only one really tight space on the garage, and no parking on the street. The other is there were lots of mosquitoes, bees, and yellow jacket hornets around the pool. However, these not enough to change my rating or keep me from wanting to stay again. Thank you Nathan, your home is just beautiful and it was a great vacation.

My husband, son, daughter in law and grandson visited AZ for our daughters baby shower and stayed through the 5th to also celebrate the 4th. The house and amenities was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were poolside all day each day and had plenty of fun with the games provided. I nicely remodeled and appointed. The only criticism I might have is that although the fridge was new, it was not hooked up for ice. No biggie. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely plan to stay again in a month when we come back.

This property far exceeded our expectations. Immaculate condition. Once inside this home you are greeted by complete privacy. Clean, comfortable well furnished. It has everything you could need. Great location. We travel frequently for sports tournaments staying in VRBO’s and Hilton properties. This was the most restful peaceful stay we have ever had. Excellent job Nate.

Our family went down to AZ for Baseball Spring Training. The house was approx 11 min drive to the Peoria Sports Complex. Due to baseball schedules, could only use the hot tub once. Very relaxed backyard with nice new BBQ that we used once. Overall, great trip. Nate was always quick to respond with any questions we might have had.

We had a wonderful stay and Nathan was so great to work with. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The location was close to spring training baseball, several options for dining and shopping. Our boys loved the pool and spa and we appreciated Nathan working with us to heat the spa at various times due to Arizona being cooler than normal in March!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Close to highways and spring training facilities. Shopping and restaurants close by also. Yard and pool are great. Pool was a little cold but were able to go in one day that was sunny and warm. Pop a shot was a fun thing to have! Very clean and nice touches throughout the house. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!!

We absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect size for our family and dogs. House has everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub. It's close to just about anything you could need. Working with the owner was super easy. We'll definitely rent again!

My wife and myself stayed for a week and it was a great place to relax. We got plenty of use of the pool/hot tub and house was close to restaurants and other stores, so very convienent. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time staying here. The pool was relaxing and refreshing on such warms days. The kids LOVED the hanging chairs and spent many an hour lounging (and napping) in them. A wonderful location near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Nate was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly.

Everything from the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms were all very very clean. The pool and covered patio area is great! Private pool and hot tub on the property. So nice to come back after a long day and soak! Communication with Nate was excellent. He is very attentive to all the details and it made for a great stay for us. One of the prior reviews mentions no wine glasses -- I'm happy to report there were wine glasses during our stay and a bottle opener too. We loved our stay! Great location! Highly recommend Nate's place!

Sparkling clean and completely renovated. Everything in this desert oasis is brand new! All the linens are fresh and the beds were a comfy surprise. Our group of 7 had plenty of space to spread out or gather together around the kitchen table or the large sectional in the living room. The pool area is special. The large covered patio makes for a comfortable space to relax in the shade. Nate was very attentive and always ready to answer questions. He walked us through operating the spa, which we especially enjoyed after horseback riding. Check out Betty’s trail rides 15 min up the road at scenic Lake Pleasant. Next time we will rent her skis and a pontoon boat. The home is also located near the stadium, shopping, excellent trails and outdoor spots, and we will return for the car shows and the Rock n Roll marathon next year. We loved our getaway — it was a unanimous vote!

Great little house for our stay for the BMX winter nationals. The kitchen was a little limited..(i.e. no strainer, wine glasses, etc) Our kids were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work but the owner was kind and discounted our nights. Overall, it was a good stay and good location!
