Very convenient central location in the heart of Salt Lake Valley. Welcome to the beautiful Alta View Contempo Home! You will love this 5 bedroom 2 bathroom modern contemporary gem with two gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchens, a private hot tub, and stylish modern furnishings. This home can accommodate 14 guests and each level has its own kitchen and laundry setup. This is Salt Lake's perfect ski retreat for a group or temporary furnished housing for traveling nurses/doctors or business professionals visiting Salt Lake for contract work. Also the perfect furnished housing for extended stays in Salt Lake. Skiers love this home for the convenient location to Little Cottonwood Canyon - a short 10 minute drive for quick access to Alta and Snowbird resorts. This home is pet-friendly, with a $100 fee. If you are planning on bringing a furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The location of this property was fantastic for us because we came up to be at Jordan High School for the week and it was minutes away. When we arrived, we quickly found that the beds were not queen beds and I had to have two of my students find other accommodations because there was not enough room. It is advertised for 14 people but 14 adults could not fit. I am the professor of the class and ended up on the downstairs kitchen floor with the air matress. There were no sheets for said air matress, but thankfully I had brought a blanket. The students, ages 21-30 were willing to double up in these full beds but not ideal. We ended up only having 10 students and myself, so total of 11. I reached out to the host with a couple questions but never received an answer. I would only recommend for 10 people or less.

We utilized the sofa beds and I discovered crumbs , toys & trash on the bed and underneath the couches..... aside from that, our stay was good.

This was a great stay! So clean and nice! The only thing I would suggest would be chairs in the backyard and on the porch. It was so nice outside we wanted to hang out!

For 10 people this house is perfect especially if you're on a budget. Two full kitchens with all the supplies you need. A big hot hub and a big yard to play games in if you want.

This is a nice and well priced 5 bedroom house. It has (2) kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs) so setup well for multiple couples as needed. It also has a game room downstairs that we enjoyed. TV's in every room too. Very nice accommodations for the price!

This was a great home away from home for our family. The upgrades to this house were fantastic! It was nice having two sets of washers and dryers to get our laundry washed before leaving. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We definitely recommend this house and would stay there again. Grocery store was very close.

Overall was a really great house for a ski trip with 6 people. I don't have any complaints. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee table to the upstairs living room. Another suggestion would be to build a path through the backyard to the hot tub. Awesome house nonetheless.

Overall we enjoyed the house. Very nice. Looked a bit bigger in the pictures (specifically the bathrooms and kitchen). Very comfortable. Only small suggestion would be to consider an ottoman in the family room. Thanks for hosting us.

This property is well stocked with any kitchen appliance you might need. It was amazing to have 2 fully functioning kitchens when we prepared our Thanksgiving meal. There is a walking path nearby and the mountain view was stunning. Large TVs in every bedroom and the property is well maintained. We also fully enjoyed the hot tub!

The decor looked new, in current styles and everything coordinated nicely. There are two kitchens and the cabinets even had labels on them so you know where everything went. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was in very good condition. Two washing machines and two dryers. There were two shared bathrooms in the house but since we were with family and close family friends, it didn’t matter. The hot tub was a bit older and it worked great the first night but the second and third night we couldn’t get it above the 92-97 degree mark even though we had it set to 104°. So if there was a trick to the operation of the hot tub, recommend to Owner that they add some additional instructions for Guests. Other than that. We absolutely love the place and would recommend it.

The place was set up very well for a large group. Two kitchens, a hot tub, and two laundries were helpful for our group of nine. There were some issues with getting access and correct billing but it all worked out in the end.
